En cumplimiento de lo establecido en el artículo 5 de la Ley 38/2015, de 29 de setiembre, del Sector Ferroviario; en el artículo 10 del Reglamento de la Ley del Sector Ferroviario; en el artículo 18 de la Ley de 16 de diciembre de 1954, de Expropiación Forzosa; en el artículo 17 de su Reglamento, y en el artículo 83 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, se somete a información pública durante un plazo de treinta días hábiles a partir de la publicación del presente anuncio en el BOIB, para que todas las personas interesadas puedan formular las alegaciones que estimen oportunas, así como la rectificación de posibles errores que se aprecien en la relación de fincas afectadas que se adjunta.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">El proyecto, los planos parcelarios de expropiación y demás documentación estarán a disposición de los interesados en las oficinas de Servicios Ferroviarios de Mallorca (pasaje Cala Figuera 8, Son Rutlan, 07009, de Palma) de 10.00 a 14.00 horas y en el Ayuntamiento de Sineu.</span></p> <table border="1"> <tbody> <tr> <td colspan="5" style="vertical-align:top;
