    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;En sesión ordinaria celebrada día 25 de abril de 2019, el Pleno del Ayuntamiento de Inca ha aprobado les bases de la convocatoria para la concesión de subvenciones en régimen de concurrencia competitiva para complementar las becas del programa europeo de movilidad Erasmus +, para estudiantes de Inca durante del año 2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;De acuerdo con artículo 9.3 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de subvenciones, por medio del presente edicto se publican las referidas bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Extracto de las bases de la convocatoria para la concesión de subvenciones, en régimen de concurrencia competitiva a estudiantes empadronados en el municipio de Inca, que hayan disfrutado de una beca de movilidad Erasmus+ durante el período comprendido entre el 1 de enero y el 1 de septiembre de 2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;BND: &lt;/strong&gt;473087&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;De conformidad con lo previsto en los artículos 17.3 y 20.8 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones, se publica el extracto de la convocatoria, el texto completo de la cual puede consultarse en la Base de datos Nacional de Subvenciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;(&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000080"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bndstrans/index&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero. Beneficiarios&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Pueden ser beneficiarias de estas subvenciones las personas físicas que cumplan los siguientes requisitos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Estar empadronado/a en el municipio de Inca con una antigüedad mínima de un año.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Estar matriculado/a durante el curso 2018/2019 y haber disfrutado de una beca Erasmus+ habiendo realizado una estancia en el exterior dentro del período comprendido entre el 1 de enero y 1 de septiembre de 2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Gozar de capacidad jurídica y de obrar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;No haber solicitado y/o recibido subvención del Ayuntamiento de Inca por el mismo concepto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Haber justificado las subvenciones concedidas en ejercicios anteriores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Estar al corriente de las obligaciones fiscales con el Ayuntamiento de Inca y no encontrarse sometido/a a ningún procedimiento de reintegro de subvenciones públicas o a ningún procedimiento sancionador incoado por este motivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;No incurrir en ningún supuesto contemplado en el artículo 13.2 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Haber realizado la actividad en una fecha comprendida entre el 1 de enero y el 1 de septiembre de 2019, desarrollándose ésta a lo largo del curso 2018/2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo. Finalidad&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;El Ayuntamiento de Inca, con la finalidad de potenciar la educación superior de los estudiantes del municipio y consciente de la importancia de la internacionalización en la formación, crea esta línea de ayudas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero. Bases reguladoras&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Las bases reguladoras generales para la concesión de subvenciones del Ayuntamiento de Inca están reguladas en la Ordenanza General de Subvenciones Públicas en el BOIB núm. 66, de 26 de mayo de 2016.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;http://caib.es/eboibfront/es/2016/10494/580630/aprobacion-definitiva-de-la-ordenanza-general-de-subvenciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto. Importe&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Para esta finalidad existe crédito adecuado en el Presupuesto General del Ayuntamiento de Inca del ejercicio 2019, en la partida presupuestaria n.º 320-48918, por un importe de 4.000 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quinto. Plazo de presentación de solicitudes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;El modelo normalizado de la solicitud y el resto de documentos anexos se encuentran a disposición de las personas interesadas en la página web del Ayuntamiento de Inca &lt;span style="color:null"&gt;www.incaciutat.com&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Las solicitudes de subvenciones se dirigirán al alcalde del Ayuntamiento de Inca y se presentarán, junto con la documentación que se especifica en el punto 6 de estas bases, en el Registro General Municipal o por cualquiera de los medios y lugares señalados en el artículo 16 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;El plazo de presentación de solicitudes será del 16 al 27 de septiembre de 2019 y finaliza a las 14 horas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
