font-size:12px">Lo que se hace publico en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares y en el tablón de anuncios electrónico del sitio web del Ayuntamiento de Alcudia (http://www.alcudia.net/ajuntament/ca/), a los efectos establecidos en el artículo 45 de la Ley 39 / 2.015, del 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Contra dicha resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, las / los interesadas / os pueden interponer de forma alternativa, los siguientes recursos: o bien recurso potestativo de reposición, a interponer ante la Alcaldía, en el plazo de un mes, a contar desde el día siguiente de la notificación de la presente resolución, o bien directamente recurso contencioso administrativo, a interponer ante el Juzgado contencioso administrativo de Palma, en el plazo de dos meses, a contar desde el día siguiente a la notificación de esta resolución ; todo ello sin perjuicio de que los interesados ​​puedan interponer aquellos otros recursos que en consideren procedentes.&nbsp;</span></p> <p style="text-align:center"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>DECRETO DE ALCALDIA</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Mediante resolución de Alcaldía núm. 615/2019 de día 10 de abril del 2.019, se aprobó la convocatoria y las bases que regirán el procedimiento selectivo para la constitución de una bolsa de trabajo de AUXILIAR ADMINISTRATIVO / VA del Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia funcionarios interinos de la subescala auxiliar de la escala de administración general, mediante concurso-oposición, la cual fue objeto de publicación el día 25 de abril del 2.019 en el BOIB 54/2019, así como en el tablón de anuncios electrónico del Ayuntamiento de Alcudia, (http://www.alcudia.net/ajuntament/ca/).</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">De acuerdo con las bases de la convocatoria, el plazo de presentación de las instancias era de veinte días naturales, a contar desde el día siguiente de la publicación de la convocatoria en el BOIB.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">El plazo de presentación de solicitudes finalizó el día 15 de mayo de 2019.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Mediante decreto de alcaldía, núm. 1190/2019, de 24 de julio de 2019, se aprobaron las relaciones definitivas de aspirantes admitidos y excluidos al procedimiento selectivo, y las fechas, horas y lugares de realización de los ejercicios, la cual fue objeto de publicación en el tablón electrónico municipal el día 24 de julio de 2019.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Una vez desarrollado el procedimiento selectivo, y vista la propuesta provisional de calificaciones del procedimiento selectivo hecha el día 27 de agosto de 2.019, por el Tribunal Calificador del concurso-oposición, lo convierte en definitiva en fecha 9 de septiembre de 2019, propuesta la se acepta en su integridad.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
