2019-09-14 text/html CAIB 626190 CAIB 8879 ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">El artículo 8.5 de la Ley 6/2013, de 7 de noviembre, de pesca marítima, marisqueo y acuicultura en las Islas Baleares, establece que las reservas marinas deben disponer de un censo de embarcaciones autorizadas.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">De acuerdo con el artículo 3.1 del Decreto 41/2015, de 22 de mayo, por el que se regulan las actividades de extracción de flora o fauna marina y las actividades subacuáticas en las reservas marinas de las aguas interiores del litoral de las Islas Baleares, para estar incluido en el censo de embarcaciones de pesca profesional autorizadas, es necesario pertenecer a las cofradías del ámbito territorial de la reserva o tener el puerto base en el ámbito territorial de la cofradía, a pesar de no ser miembro, o tener el puerto base a menos de 24 millas de la reserva y demostrar su habitualidad mediante la acreditación de actividad en la zona en el período de cinco años inmediatamente anterior.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">Por tanto, consultada la Federación Balear de Cofradías de Pescadores, considerando el informe del Servicio de Recursos Marinos y en uso de las facultades que se me han conferido, dicto la siguiente</span></span></p> <p style="text-align:center"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><strong>Resolución</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">Se establece el censo de embarcaciones de pesca profesional de artes menores autorizadas para la pesca en la Reserva Marina de las Illes Malgrats durante un periodo de dos años, que estará formado por las embarcaciones que aparecen en el anexo de esta Resolución.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
