&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.42cm"&gt;Que en el procedimiento ORDINARIO 0000852 /2017 de este Juzgado de lo Social, seguidos a instancia de D/Dª ERNESTO QUIROS ESCALERA contra la empresa representante legal ROGAEX PROYECTOS Y EDIFICACIONES SLU en representación de ROGAEX PROYECTOS Y EDIFICACIONES SLU, sobre ORDINARIO, se ha dictado la siguiente resolución, cuya parte dispositiva se adjunta:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.42cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;SENTENCIA: 00228/2019&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.42cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;JUZGADO DE LO SOCIAL NÚMERO UNODE PALMA DE MALLORCA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.42cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;PROCEDIMIENTO NÚMERO 852/2017&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.42cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SENTENCIA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En Palma de Mallorca, a treinta y uno de mayo de dos mil diecinueve.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.42cm"&gt;Vistos por mi, Elena Lillo Pastor, Magistrada-Juez Titular del Juzgado de lo Social número Uno de Palma de Mallorca, los presentes autos de juicio sobre reclamación de cantidad seguidos ante este Juzgado con el número 852/2017, a instancia de D. ERNESTO QUIROZ ESCALERA, asistido jurídicamente por el Letrado Sr. Pablo Alonso de Caso Lozano, contra la entidad ROGAEX PROYECTOS Y EDIFICACIONES, S. L. U..&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.42cm"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;FALLO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ESTIMAR &lt;/strong&gt;la demanda interpuesta por D. ERNESTO QUIROZ ESCALERA, contra la entidad ROGAEX PROYECTOS Y EDIFICACIONES, S. L. U., &lt;strong&gt;CONDENANDO A LA PARTE DEMANDADA&lt;/strong&gt; a los siguientes pronunciamientos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.42cm"&gt;1.-Al pago de la suma de 1.041 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.42cm"&gt;2.-Al pago por la entidad demandada del interés previsto en el artículo 29.3 del Estatuto de los Trabajadores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.42cm"&gt;Notifíquese a las partes esta resolución, haciéndoles saber que contra la misma no cabe RECURSO ALGUNO, según lo dispuesto en el artículo 191.2.g) de la Ley 36/2011, de 10 de octubre, Reguladora de la Jurisdicción Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.42cm"&gt;Llévese el original al libro de sentencias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.42cm"&gt;Por esta mi sentencia, lo pronuncio, mando y firmo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.42cm"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PUBLICACIÓN.-&lt;/strong&gt; Leída y publicada ha sido la anterior sentencia por la Ilustrísima Sra. Magistrada-Juez que la dictó, hallándose celebrado &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;audiencia pública, en el mismo día de su fecha. Doy fe.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Y para que sirva de notificación en legal forma a representante legal ROGAEX PROYECTOS Y EDIFICACIONES SLU en representación de ROGAEX PROYECTOS Y EDIFICACIONES SLU, en ignorado paradero, expido la presente para su inserción en el Boletín Oficial de la Provincia de ILLES BALEARS.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Se advierte al destinatario que las siguientes comunicaciones se harán fijando copia de la resolución o de la cédula en el tablón de anuncios de la Oficina judicial, salvo el supuesto de la comunicación de las resoluciones que deban revestir forma de auto o sentencia, o cuando se trate de emplazamiento.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.42cm"&gt;Palma, 3&amp;nbsp;de septiembre de 2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
