&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Que en el procedimiento ORDINARIO 0000400 /2017 de este Juzgado de lo Social, seguidos a instancia de D/Dª DANIEL DIAZ ZAMORA contra la empresa CR VALENCIA SOLUTIONS 2014 SL, sobre ORDINARIO, se ha dictado la siguiente resolución, cuya parte dispositiva se adjunta:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;JDO. DE LO SOCIAL N. 1&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PALMA DE MALLORCA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;SENTENCIA: 00401/2018&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;PROCEDIMIENTO NÚMERO 400/2017&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;em&gt;SENTENCIA&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;En Palma de Mallorca, a veintiuno de diciembre de dos mil dieciocho.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Vistos por mi, Elena Lillo Pastor, Magistrada-Juez Titular del Juzgado de lo Social número Uno de Palma de Mallorca, los presentes autos de juicio sobre reclamación de cantidad seguidos ante este Juzgado con el número 400/2017, a instancia de &lt;strong&gt;D. DANIEL DÍAZ ZAMORA&lt;/strong&gt;, asistido jurídicamente por la Letrada Sra. Bárbara Martí Mora, contra la entidad &lt;strong&gt;CR VALENCIA SOLUTIONS 2014, S. L.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;em&gt;FALLO&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;ESTIMAR&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt; la demanda interpuesta por DANIEL DÍAZ ZAMORA contra la entidad CR VALENCIA SOLUTIONS&amp;nbsp; 2014, S. L., &lt;strong&gt;CONDENANDO A LA PARTE DEMANDADA&lt;/strong&gt; a los siguientes pronunciamientos:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;1.- Al pago&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;al actor de la cantidad de 2.464'10 euros.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;2.-&amp;nbsp;Al pago por la entidad demandada del interés previsto en el artículo 29.3 del Estatuto de los Trabajadores.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Y lo anterior, &lt;strong&gt;con imposición a la parte demandada de &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;multa por importe de 100 euros, así como el abono de los honorarios del Letrado generados por la parte actora&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Notifíquese a las partes esta resolución, haciéndoles saber que contra la misma &lt;strong&gt;no cabe RECURSO ALGUNO&lt;/strong&gt;, según lo dispuesto en el artículo 191.2.g) de la Ley 36/2011, de 10 de octubre, Reguladora de la Jurisdicción Social.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Llévese el original al libro de sentencias.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Por esta mi sentencia, lo pronuncio, mando y firmo.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;PUBLICACIÓN.-&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt; Leída y publicada ha sido la anterior sentencia por la Ilustrísima Sra. Magistrada-Juez que la dictó, hallándose celebrado audiencia pública, en el mismo día de su fecha. Doy fe.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Y para que sirva de notificación en legal forma a &lt;strong&gt;CR VALENCIA SOLUTIONS 2014 SL&lt;/strong&gt;, en ignorado paradero, expido la presente para su inserción en el Boletín Oficial de la Provincia de Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se advierte al destinatario que las siguientes comunicaciones se harán fijando copia de la resolución o de la cédula en el tablón de anuncios de la Oficina judicial, salvo el supuesto de la comunicación de las resoluciones que deban revestir forma de auto o sentencia, o cuando se trate de emplazamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Palma, 30&amp;nbsp;de julio de 2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
