    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La presidenta, el día 27 de agosto de 2019, resolvió:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;«Hechos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1&lt;/strong&gt;. Esta Presidencia, mediante decreto dictado el día 8 de julio de 2019 resolvió crear los departamentos en que ha quedado estructurado el Consejo de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2&lt;/strong&gt;. Asimismo, mediante decreto dictado día 11 de julio de 2019, resolvió crear la estructura interna de los departamentos que integran el Gobierno del Consejo de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3&lt;/strong&gt;. La consejera ejecutiva de Presidencia y el consejero ejecutivo de Hacienda y Función Pública han hecho las propuestas correspondientes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Fundamentos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1&lt;/strong&gt;. En el art. 13. 2 de la Ley 8/2000, de 27 de octubre, de consejos insulares, se establece que los departamentos pueden estructurarse internamente en direcciones insulares y tener una secretaría técnica, si así se establece en los reglamentos de organización del Consejo Insular. De estos órganos depende el resto de órganos y unidades del departamento. La Presidencia del Consejo puede designar libremente a los directores insulares y los secretarios técnicos de acuerdo con criterios de competencia y experiencia profesionales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2&lt;/strong&gt;. En el artículo 41 del Reglamento orgánico del Consejo de Mallorca (ROCM), se establece que las personas titulares de los órganos directivos son nombradas libremente por la Presidencia, a propuesta de la persona titular del departamento, de acuerdo a criterios de competencia profesional y experiencia, sin que, vistas las funciones de estos órganos, tengan que reunir la condición de personal funcionario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Por lo tanto, decreto:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; Nombrar a las personas siguientes para los cargos que se especifican:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;DEPARTAMENTO DE PRESIDENCIA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Sra. Margalida Amorós Bauzá, directora insular de Coordinación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Sr. Pere Cerón Provencio, director insular de Relaciones Institucionales y Proyectos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Sr. Martín Expósito Sacristán, director insular de Modernización y Transparencia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Sra. Carolina Abad Pons, directora insular de Promoción Sociocultural&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;DEPARTAMENTO DE HACIENDA Y FUNCIÓN PÚBLICA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Sr. Andrés Caparrós Coll, director insular de Servicios Generales&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; Notificar esta resolución a las personas interesadas y publicar el contenido en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;. Publicar esta resolución en la Sede electrónica del Consejo de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
