    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En virtud de lo establecido en la disposición adicional primera y en el anexo 1 del Decreto 21/2019, de 2 de agosto, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el que se modifica el Decreto 12/2019, de 2 de julio, que establece las competencias y la estructura orgánica básica de las consejerías de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, el ente Puertos de las Illes Balears ha quedado adscrito a la Consejería de Movilidad y Vivienda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El artículo 33.2.&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt; de la Ley 10/2005, de 21 de junio, de Puertos de las Illes Balears, dispone que por acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno los miembros del Consejo de Administración del ente serán nombrados por un período de cuatro años.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por otro lado, y de conformidad con el artículo 33.2.&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; de la misma ley y con el artículo 12 del Decreto 134/2005, de 28 de diciembre, de aprobación de los Estatutos de Puertos de las Illes Balears, serán miembros natos el presidente, el vicepresidente y el director gerente del ente; y serán vocales del mismo los miembros, en número no inferior a doce ni superior a dieciocho, nombrados por acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno por un período de cuatro años.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por todo ello, el Consejo de Gobierno, a propuesta del consejero de Movilidad y Vivienda, adoptó, entre otros, el siguiente acuerdo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero. &lt;/strong&gt;Disponer el cese de los vocales del Consejo de Administración de Puertos de las Illes Baleares cuyos nombramientos se publicaron en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears &lt;/em&gt;de 26 de septiembre de 2015 (BOIB n.º 141), de 14 de noviembre de 2015 (BOIB n.º 168), de 20 de febrero de 2016 (BOIB n.º 24), de 9 de julio de 2016 (BOIB n.º 87) y de 18 de febrero de 2017 (BOIB n.º 21), agradeciéndoles los servicios prestados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo. &lt;/strong&gt;Nombrar vocales del Consejo de Administración de Puertos de las Illes Balears a las siguientes personas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;— Sr. Juan Carlos Plaza Plaza, director general de la Autoridad Portuaria de Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;— Sr. José Fernando Escalas Porcel, capitán marítimo de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;— Sr. Luis Gascón Rius, capitán marítimo de Ibiza y Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;— Sr. Lluís Segura Ginard, representante de la Abogacía de la Comunidad Autónoma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;— Sr. Antoni Alorda Villarubia, presidente de la Comisión de Medio Ambiente de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;— Sra. Joana Gomila Lluch, alcaldesa del Ayuntamiento de Ciutadella.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;— Sr. Miguel Capó Parrilla, representante sindical.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;— Sr. Miguel Puigserver Lloberas, presidente de la Asociación Provincial de Empresarios de Actividades Marítimas de Baleares (APEAM).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;— Sr. Guillermo Carrers Guasp, en representación de la Asociación de Instalaciones Náutico-Deportivas (ANADE) y de la Asociación de Puertos Deportivos de Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;— Sr. Justo Saura Mercadal, presidente de la Asociación Menorquina de Empresas Náuticas (ASMEN).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;— Sr. Bernardí Alba Mateu, presidente de la Federación de Asociación de Usuarios de Instalaciones Portuarias de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;— Sr. Rafael Palmer Ramiro, representante de la Asociación de Clubs Náuticos de Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero.&lt;/strong&gt; Disponer que el Consejo de Administración de Puertos de las Illes Balears esté integrado por los siguientes miembros:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto.&lt;/strong&gt; Publicar este acuerdo en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
