Con fecha 29 de noviembre de 2018 se notifica, mediante publicación en la página web http://www.caib.es, dicha propuesta provisional a los interesados, concediéndoles un plazo de 10 días para presentar las alegaciones oportunas.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:114%">6. Durante el plazo establecido a la propuesta provisional de concesión parcial del interesado señalado en el anexo I presentado alegaciones dentro del plazo correspondiente.</span></span></p> <p><strong><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:114%">Fundamentos de derecho</span></span></strong></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:114%">1. Resolución de 10 de julio de 2015 del presidente del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares (FOGAIBA) por la que se convocan, para los años 2015 a 2019, subvenciones para Inversiones en las explotaciones agrarias, modificada mediante las resoluciones de 17 de diciembre de 2015, 22 de junio de 2016 y 26 de junio de 2018.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:114%">2. Orden del Consejero de Agricultura, Medio Ambiente y Territorio de 19 de febrero de 2015, por la que se establecen las bases reguladoras para la concesión de subvenciones en el marco del Programa de Desarrollo Rural de las Islas Baleares 2014 a 2020 .</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:114%">3. Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.</span></span></p> <p><strong><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:114%">Propuesta de Resolución de concesión</span></span></strong></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:114%">Por todo ello, se informa favorablemente y se propone al vicepresidente del FOGAIBA que dicte una resolución en los siguientes términos:</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:114%">1.Conceder la ayuda solicitada a la persona beneficiaria por los importes y con los plazos detallados en el anexo I, que son un total de 1 expediente y que empieza y termina con BARTOMEU LLABRES GILET, que suma un importe total de 7.189,00&nbsp;euros, relativa a la línea de ayuda "Inversiones en las explotaciones agrarias".</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:114%">2.Autorizar y disponer el gasto señalado&nbsp;en cada una de las personas beneficiarias con cargo a los presupuestos y porcentajes de cofinanciación detallados en el anexo I.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:114%">3.Determinar que, de acuerdo con lo establecido en la convocatoria de referencia, las obligaciones de los beneficiarios serán las indicadas en el anexo II.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
