&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;El Presupuesto general de la Corporación para el ejercicio 2019 y la plantilla de personal se aprobaron &amp;nbsp;inicialmente mediante acuerdo del Pleno &amp;nbsp;del Ayuntamiento en sesión ordinaria de día 14 de enero de 2019 (publicación aprobación definitiva BOIB núm. 19 de día 12 de febrero de 2019).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;El artículo 19 de la Ley 6/2018, de 3 de julio, de presupuestos generales del Estado para el año 2018 (presupuestos prorrogados) regula la oferta de ocupación pública o otro instrumento similar de gestión de la provisión de necesidades de personal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Visto que, en la citada plantilla de personal figuran vacantes y/o ocupadas interinamente, y, dotadas presupuestariamente diversas plazas la cobertura de las cuales se considera necesaria para el buen funcionamiento de los servicios municipales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Atendido lo que dispone el artículo 91 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases del régimen local y el artículo 70 del Real decreto legislativo 5/2015, de 30 de octubre, del texto refundido del Estatuto básico del empleado público, sobre la oferta de ocupación pública&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;De conformidad con el artículo 21.1.g) de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las bases de régimen local, por el cual se concreta que el Alcalde és el órgano competente para la aprobación de la oferta de ocupación publica, &lt;strong&gt;he resuelto&lt;/strong&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero&lt;/strong&gt;.- Aprobar la oferta de ocupación pública para el año 2019, que contiene los siguientes puestos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
