&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;CÓDIGO IDENTIFICACIÓN BDNS: 47110&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;1. Entidades beneficiarias&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Pueden presentar proyectos mixtos de empleo y formación en el marco de esta Resolución las entidades que se mencionan a continuación y que deben ser competentes para ejecutar las obras o los servicios:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;a) Organismos autónomos y otros entes con personalidad jurídica propia de la Administración general del Estado y de la Comunidad Autónoma&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;b) Entidades locales y sus organismos autónomos, y entidades con competencia en materia de promoción de empleo, dependientes o asimiladas, cuya titularidad sea íntegramente de las entidades locales&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;c) Consorcios y fundaciones del sector público&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;d) Asociaciones, fundaciones y otras entidades sin ánimo de lucro, consideradas como entidades del Tercer sector de acción social establecido a la Ley 3/2018, de 29 de mayo, del tercer sector de acción social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;2. Objeto &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Esta Resolución tiene por objeto aprobar, en régimen de concurrencia competitiva, la convocatoria de subvenciones para el año 2019 para presentar proyectos mixtos de empleo y formación, con dos líneas de ayudas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;- Línea 1: para personas jóvenes desempleadas mayores de 16 años y menores de 30 años.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;- Línea 2: para personas desempleadas de 30 años o más.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;3. Bases reguladoras&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Orden de la consejera de Educación, Cultura y Universidades, de 10 de octubre de 2013, por la que &lt;/span&gt;se establecen las bases reguladoras de las subvenciones en materia de políticas activas de empleo gestionadas por el Servicio de Empleo de las Illes Balears &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;(BOIB núm. 146, de 24 de octubre de 2013)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;4. Crédito &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;El crédito asignado inicialmente a esta convocatoria es de nueve millones y medio de euros (9.500.000,00&amp;nbsp;€) con cargo a los presupuestos de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, distribuidos en dos líneas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;- Línea 1: 3.750.000&amp;nbsp;€ para personas jóvenes desempleadas mayores de 16 años y menores de 30, distribuidos de la manera siguiente y siempre que haya crédito adecuado y suficiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;- Año 2019: 2.250.000,00&amp;nbsp;€ imputable al centro de coste 76101, subprograma 322D04, capítulo 4, fondo finalista 19020&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;- Año 2022: 1.500.000,00 € imputable al centro de coste 76101, subprograma 322D04, capítulo 4, fondo finalista 22020 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;- Línea 2: 5.750.000&amp;nbsp;€ para personas desempleadas de 30 años o más, distribuidos de la manera siguiente y siempre que haya crédito adecuado y suficiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;- Año 2019: 3.450.000,00&amp;nbsp;€ imputable al centro de coste 76101, subprograma 322D04, capítulo 4, fondo finalista 19020&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;- Año 2022: 2.300.000,00 € imputable al centro de coste 76101, subprograma 322D04, capítulo 4, fondo finalista 22020 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Siempre que haya solicitudes presentadas y no resueltas por haber agotado el crédito disponible, y si las disponibilidades presupuestarias lo permiten, se puede aumentar el importe de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. Plazo de presentación de solicitudes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El plazo para presentar las solicitudes es desde el día siguiente de la publicación en el BOIB hasta el día 20/09/2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;6. Otros datos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. La solicitud de subvención debe formalizarse en el modelo que facilita el Servicio de Empleo de las Illes Balears. Debe hacerse una única solicitud de subvención por entidad de formación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;2. Junto a la solicitud debe adjuntarse la siguiente documentación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;a) El proyecto según modelo que se encuentra &lt;/span&gt;en la dirección de Internet &amp;lt;&lt;span style="color:#0000ff"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;http://www.soib.es&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;/&amp;gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) La documentación identificativa de la personalidad de los solicitantes de la subvención y acreditativa de poder suficiente para actuar en representación de la entidad promotora: el CIF, la escritura de constitución y estatutos de la entidad, DNI o NIE del representante legal y la escritura de poder al representante. Si se trata de persona física acogida al régimen de autónomos de la Seguridad Social, hay que adjuntar declaración censal de alta de actividad y certificado de alta de la Seguridad Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c) Certificado del secretario/interventor o persona equivalente o responsable de la entidad o órgano correspondiente, que acredite que la obra o servicio del proyecto presentado es de interés social, competencia técnica de la entidad (que dispone de las infraestructuras, equipamientos, medios técnicos y materiales para la adecuada ejecución del proyecto) y que ha de ejecutarse en régimen de Administración directa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;d) Certificado del secretario/interventor o persona equivalente o responsable de la entidad u órgano correspondiente, que acredite los costes de los salarios totales que han de percibir las personas que se han de contratar, según el modelo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e) Para que el Servicio de Empleo de las Illes Balears pueda comprobar que las entidades participantes disponen de personalidad jurídica y no tienen finalidad lucrativa, es necesario adjuntar con la solicitud un certificado emitido por la entidad en que conste el número de registro, la sección, el grupo y la fecha de inscripción de la entidad en el Registro de Entidades Jurídicas de la Consejería de Presidencia de la Comunidad Autónoma de les Illes Balears. Si no se dispone de estos datos, debe aportarse copia compulsada de la escritura pública de constitución y de los Estatutos en que conste que las entidades solicitantes disponen de personalidad jurídica y de carencia de finalidad lucrativa. Se exceptúan las administraciones o las entidades públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;f) Según modelo, declaración responsable de: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- No estar sometido a ninguna de las circunstancias indicadas en el artículo 10 del Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones de la CAIB y el artículo 13.2 y 13.3 de la Ley 38/2003, general de subvenciones y no tener causa de incompatibilidad para recibir la subvención, ni en el artículo 11 de la Ley 11/2016, de 28 de julio, de igualdad de mujeres y hombres. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Hacer constar todas las ayudas y las subvenciones para la misma finalidad solicitadas o concedidas por cualquier institución, pública o privada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- No tener sanciones firmes pendientes de pago por infracciones de la normativa en materia de prevención de riesgos laborales y de igualdad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Comprometerse a contratar un seguro de responsabilidad civil y de accidentes que cubra los daños que en la ejecución del proyecto se puedan causar a terceras personas. El SOIB queda exonerado de cualquier responsabilidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- La titularidad de la cuenta bancaria para recibir el ingreso de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Disponer o haber solicitado los permisos o las licencias en los casos en que la ejecución de la obra o servicio que se ha de llevar a cabo los exija. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Cuando el objeto de la actuación donde se ha de llevar a cabo la obra o el servicio de interés social sea de titularidad pública, la declaración responsable de esta titularidad y de su disponibilidad para llevar a cabo el proyecto. Si es de titularidad privada, pero la entidad solicitante de la ayuda es el titular, la declaración responsable de esta titularidad y de su disponibilidad para llevar adelante el proyecto, y su afectación a un uso público o social. Si la titularidad es ajena al solicitante de la ayuda, éste tiene que acreditar la autorización de los titulares para llevar a cabo el proyecto así como su uso público o social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Cumplir las obligaciones establecidas al artículo 14 de la Orden de bases y las que establece esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- No haber sido sancionadas o condenadas en los últimos tres años por haber ejercito o tolerado prácticas laborales consideradas discriminatorias por razón de sexo o de género, sancionadas por resolución administrativa firme o condenadas por sentencia judicial firme, en cumplimiento del artículo 11 de la Ley 11/2016, de 28 de julio, de igualdad de mujeres y hombres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;g) Certificado de la entidad, según modelo establecido como anexo 6, acreditativo del cumplimiento de las obligaciones según establece el artículo 42 de la Ley 7/2018, de 3 de julio, de promoción de la seguridad y salud en el trabajo en las Illes Balears y el artículo 46 y 46 bis del Real decreto legislativo 5/2000, de 4 de agosto, por el que se aprueba el Texto refundido de la Ley sobre infracciones o sanciones a la orden social, con los términos siguientes: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Que dispone de un sistema de gestión preventivo en alguna de las modalidades previstas y de un plan de prevención de riesgos laborales en los términos previstos en la Ley 31/1995, de 8 de noviembre, de prevención de riesgos laborales. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Que la entidad no está sancionada con la sanción accesoria de pérdida o exclusión al acceso de ayudas, bonificaciones y beneficios derivados de la aplicación de los programas de empleo o formación profesional para el empleo prevista en los artículos 46 y 46 bis del Real decreto legislativo 5/2000, de 4 de agosto, por que se aprueba el Texto refundido de la Ley sobre infracciones y sanciones en la orden social siempre que la sanción sea firme y vigente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Que no ha sido sancionada en virtud de resolución administrativa o sentencia judicial firme, en los tres últimos años, por faltas muy graves en materia de prevención de riesgos laborales de conformidad con el artículo 13 del Real decreto legislativo 5/2000, de 4 de agosto. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;3. De acuerdo con lo establecido por el artículo 4 del Decreto 6/2013, de 8 de febrero, de medidas de simplificación documental de los procedimientos administrativos, no es necesario adjuntar documentación en caso de que ya esté en poder del SOIB por haberla aportado en convocatorias anteriores. En este caso, el solicitante debe hacer constar en la solicitud el expediente en el que se encuentra la documentación usando el modelo que figura como anexo 4- Modelo de Comunicación Identificativa de la documentación en poder de la Administración, en el Decreto mencionado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4. De conformidad con los artículos 53.1.&lt;em&gt;d) &lt;/em&gt;y 28.2 y 28.3 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, y con el artículo 2.1 del Real decreto 1671/2009, de 6 de noviembre, que desarrolla parcialmente la Ley 11/2007 de acceso electrónico de los ciudadanos a los servicios públicos, el Servicio de Empleo de las Illes Balears puede obtener, excepto manifestación expresa en sentido contrario, los certificados acreditativos que el interesado está al corriente de sus obligaciones con la Agencia Tributaria Estatal, la Seguridad Social y la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears. Si no se autoriza esta consulta, debe aportar la documentación acreditativa de estar al corriente de las obligaciones anteriores, junto con la solicitud de ayudas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;5. Se prevén los siguientes pagos anticipados:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Un 60&amp;nbsp;% del importe concedido correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
