&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;“RESOLUCIÓN DE ALCALDÍA NÚM. 723/2019.-&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt; Vista la Resolución de Alcaldía núm. 513/2019, de 22 de junio, de nombramiento de Tenientes de Alcalde (BOIB núm. 91/2019, de 6 de julio) y dado que desde el día 21 al día 25 de agosto de 2019, ambos incluidos, no podrán ser llevadas a cabo el ejercicio de atribuciones y las funciones de Alcaldía; en conformidad con el que determina el artículo 23.3 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases de Régimen Local y los artículos 44.1, 44.2, 47.1 y 47.2 del ROF, haciendo uso de las facultades y atribuciones que legalmente tengo conferidas por la presente, &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;RESUELVO:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Primero&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;.- Delegar el ejercicio de las funciones de Alcaldía en el Primer Teniente de Alcalde Regidor Sr. &lt;strong&gt;Andrés Nevado Rodríguez&lt;/strong&gt; desde el &lt;strong&gt;día 21 al día 25 de agosto&lt;/strong&gt; de 2019, &lt;strong&gt;ambos incluidos&lt;/strong&gt;; delegaciones que tendrán efecto en los días referidos sin perjuicio de su publicación pertinente en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Segundo&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;.- Notificar la presente Resolución al Regidor Sr. Andrés Nevado Rodríguez, a los efectos pertinentes, y dar traslado de la misma a las áreas y servicios municipales, para su conocimiento y efectos oportunos.”&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Lo que se hace público en cumplimiento de la normativa vigente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
