&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. Objeto de la convocatoria&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;El objeto de esta convocatoria es la concesión de ayudas &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;económicas con dos líneas de actuación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Línea &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;A&lt;u&gt;:&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; ayudas económicas a entidades sin ánimo de lucro&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; para la organización de eventos deportivos de ámbito nacional y/o internacional de gran proyección turística en la isla de Ibiza dentro del periodo comprendido entre el 1 de septiembre de 2018 al 30 de diciembre de 2019 con el objetivo de fomentar el deporte y consolidar el posicionamiento turístico de la isla de Ibiza con un importe máximo de 283.000 euros. Permanecen fuera de esta convocatoria los eventos celebrados durante los meses de julio y agosto de 2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Línea &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;B&lt;u&gt;:&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ayudas &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;económicas a entidades sin ánimo de lucro para participar en ligas &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;nacionales de ámbito estatal durante la temporada deportiva 2018-2019 con un importe máximo de 170.000 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; margin-top:0.2cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;. Consignación presupuestaria&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; margin-top:0.2cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2.1. La cantidad máxima que se destina a esta convocatoria es de 453.000 euros con cargo a las aplicaciones presupuestarias 4321-48900 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;(393.000 euros) y 3410-48900 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;(60.000 euros). y en las aplicaciones presupuestarias que se establecen en cada línea de subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. Beneficiarios&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;3.1. Podrán beneficiarse de las ayudas de la línea A las &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;entidades sin ánimo de lucro inscritas en el registro de entidades deportivas del Gobierno de las Islas Baleares que&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt; realicen &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;eventos deportivos objeto de esta subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3.2. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Podrán beneficiarse de las ayudas d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e la línea B las entidades sin ánimo de lucro inscritas en el registro de entidades deportivas del Gobierno de las Islas Baleares, que realicen su actividad&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt; deportiva en la isla de Ibiza y que participen en una liga objeto de subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;3.3. Quedan excluidas de la línea B las federaciones deportivas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;3.4. Las entidades beneficiarias&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;además de las condiciones establecidas en cada línea &lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;en concreto, deben cumplir los siguientes requisitos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Estar al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias con la hacienda estatal y autonómica y con la Seguridad Social y no tener deudas con el Consejo Insular de Ibiza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;No encontrarse sometidos a ninguno de los supuestos de prohibición para ser beneficiario de subvenciones establecidos al artículo 10 del texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones, aprobado por el Decreto legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, y con el artículo 13 de la Ley 38/2003, &lt;/span&gt;de 17 de noviembre, G&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;eneral de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. Obligaciones de las entidades beneficiarias&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4.1. Las obligaciones de las entidades beneficiarias son las siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; Llevar a cabo la actividad que fundamenta la concesión de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b) &lt;/em&gt;Comunicar al Consejo Insular de Ibiza cualquier eventualidad que altere o dificulte el desarrollo de la actividad subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c) &lt;/em&gt;Someterse a las actuaciones de comprobación, de seguimiento y de inspección que pueda efectuar el Consejo Insular de Ibiza y aportar toda la información y la documentación que le sea requerida en el ejercicio de estas actuaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d) &lt;/em&gt;Comunicar al Consejo Insular de Ibiza la solicitud o la obtención otras subvenciones para la misma finalidad procedentes de cualquier administración o entidad pública o privada, nacional o internacional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;e) &lt;/em&gt;Conservar los documentos justificativos de la aplicación de los fondos percibidos, con inclusión de los documentos electrónicos, mientras puedan ser objeto de actuaciones de comprobación y control.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;f) &lt;/em&gt;Reintegrar los fondos percibidos en los supuestos previstos legalmente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;g) &lt;/em&gt;Adoptar las medidas de difusión relativas al carácter público de la financiación de la actividad objeto de la ayuda, haciendo constar que la actividad está subvencionada por el Consejo Insular de Ibiza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;h) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Instalar enlace de la web de promoción turística del Consejo Insular de Ibiza (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;www.ibiza.travel&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#0000ff"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;) en la página web de la entidad subvencionada, si procede.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;y) Hacer constar la marca turística «Ibiza» (ver anexos) en todo el material publicitario editado para promocionar la actividad subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. Presentación de solicitudes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5.1. &lt;/span&gt;Las solicitudes de las ayudas se formalizarán mediante instancia, según los modelos que figuran a los anexos de estas bases, debidamente cumplimentadas&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Se dirigirán a la Presidencia del Consejo de Ibiza y se presentarán en el Registro General del Consejo Insular de Ibiza (avenida España, 49, 07800, Ibiza), en sede electrónica en la dirección &lt;/span&gt;seu.conselldeivissa.es&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#0000ff"&gt; &lt;/span&gt; o en el resto de lugares establecidos en el artículo 16 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. Plazo de presentación de solicitudes.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;6.1. El plazo para presentar las solicitudes será de diez días hábiles, desde el día siguiente de la fecha de publicación del extracto de la convocatoria de las ayudas reguladas en estas bases al &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares &lt;/em&gt;(BOIB).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
