&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Vista la Resolución de Alcaldía núm. 513/2019, de día 22 de junio, mediante la cual se nombró a los miembros de la Junta de Gobierno Local (B.O.I.B. nº 91/2019, de 6 de julio). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Razones de oportunidad y conveniencia en vez de una mejora en la gestión de las acciones de gobierno por el presente mandato corporativo 2019 – 2023, conformemente con el dispuesto en los artículos 20.1 b) y 23.1 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las Bases de Régimen Local (LRBRL), en relación con el artículo 23 de la Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, Municipal y de Régimen Local de las Islas Baleares (LMRLIB), y a los artículos 52 y siguientes y 46.1 del Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Entidades Locales (ROF), en uso de las atribuciones que legalmente tengo conferidas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/strong&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Primero.- Nombrar miembro de la Junta de Gobierno Local -que estará integrada, además, por el Sr. Alcalde-Presidente y los regidores y las regidoras designados en la Resolución nº 513/2019, de día 22 de junio - al siguiente regidor: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;- Sr. Josep Marquet Cerdà &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Segundo.- Corresponde a la Junta de Gobierno Local:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;a) La asistencia permanente al alcalde en el ejercicio de sus funciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;b) Las atribuciones que le delegue expresamente esta Alcaldía (Resolución núm. 514/2019, de 22 de junio) y/u otro órgano municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;c) Las atribuciones que le otorguen las leyes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Tercero. - Dar cuenta de esta resolución en la primera sesión plenaria que se celebre, en cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artículo 38.d) del ROF, y publicarla en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares (BOIB), sin perjuicio de su efectividad desde el día siguiente de la firma de la presente resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
