&lt;p style="margin-bottom:8pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Vista la Resolución de Alcaldía núm. 513/2019, de día 22 de junio, mediante la cual se designó a los tenientes de alcalde entre los miembros de la Junta de Gobierno Local constituida por el presente mandato corporativo 2019 – 2023 (BOIB núm. 91/2019, de 6 de julio). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:8pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Vista la Resolución de Alcaldía de día de hoy mediante la cual se nombra miembro de la Junta de Gobierno Local al regidor Sr. Josep Marquet Cerdà, conformemente con lo dispuesto en los artículos 21.2 y 23.3 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases de Régimen Local, en relación con el artículo 22 de la Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, Municipal y de Régimen Local de las Islas Baleares (LMRLIB), y en los artículos 46 y 47 del Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Entidades Locales (ROF), en uso de las facultades y atribuciones que legalmente tengo conferidas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:8pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/strong&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:8pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero&lt;/strong&gt;.- Nombrar teniente de alcalde al regidor siguiente: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:8pt; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;- Quinto teniente de alcalde: Sr. Josep Marquet Cerdà &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:8pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Segundo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;.- Corresponde al nombrado, por el orden designado en concordancia con la Resolución de Alcaldía núm. 513/2019, de día 22 de junio, sustituirme en la totalidad de mis funciones, en los casos de ausencia, dolencia o impedimento que me imposibilite para el ejercicio de mis atribuciones, así como en los supuestos de vacante hasta que tome posesión el nuevo Alcalde.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:8pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Tercero&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;.- Dar cuenta de esta resolución en la primera sesión plenaria que se celebre, en cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artículo 38.d) del ROF, y publicarla en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares (BOIB), sin perjuicio de su efectividad desde el día siguiente de la firma de la presente resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
