    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;El Pleno del Ajuntament, en sesión extraordinaria del 11 de julio de 2019, en el punto 4 del orden del día, aprobó lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;“&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO:&lt;/strong&gt; Crear las tres comisiones informativas permanentes siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;1. D'ORGANITZACIÓ I SEGURETAT CIUTADANA&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; (también actuará como Comis&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;s&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;ió Especial de Comptes)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;2. DE TERRITORI I ENTORN I SERVEIS URBANS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;3. SOCIOEDUCATIVA I DE DINAMITZACIÓ ECONÒMICA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO:&lt;/strong&gt; Aprobar la composición de cada una de estas, de acuerdo con lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;COMISSIÓ INFORMATIVA D'ORGANI&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;T&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ZACIÓ&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;I&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt; SEGUR&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ETAT&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt; CIU&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TADANA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;; COMI&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;S&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SIÓ&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt; INFORMATIVA &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DE TERRITORI &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;I&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt; ENTORN &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;I&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt; SERV&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;EIS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt; URBANS; Y COMI&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;S&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SIÓ&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt; INFORMATIVA &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SOCIOEDUCATIVA &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;I&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DE DINAMI&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;T&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ZACIÓ&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt; ECON&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ò&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;MICA estarán formadas por 7 concejales cada una, con la siguiente proporción: &lt;/strong&gt;PSM Més per Menorca (2 concejales); PP (2 concejales); PSIB-PSOE Ciutadella (1 concejal); Cs (1 concejal); y UP-GxC (1 concejal).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO:&lt;/strong&gt; Establecer la periodicidad en la celebración de las comisiones informativas municipales:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Como día de celebración de las sesiones ordinarias de la Comissió Informativa &lt;strong&gt;d'ORGANI&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;T&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ZACIÓ&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;I&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt; SEGUR&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ETAT&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CIU&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TADANA&lt;/strong&gt;, &lt;strong&gt;el viernes anterior&lt;/strong&gt; a la celebración del &lt;strong&gt;Ple&lt;/strong&gt;, a las &lt;strong&gt;13.30 horas.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Como día de celebración de las sesiones ordinarias de la Comissió Informativa de &lt;strong&gt;TERRITORI&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;I&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt; ENTORN &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;I&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt; SERV&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;EIS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt; URBANS, &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;el viernes anterior &lt;/strong&gt;a la celebración del&lt;strong&gt; Ple, &lt;/strong&gt;a las&lt;strong&gt; 12.30 horas.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Como día de celebración de las sesiones ordinarias de la Comissió Informativa &lt;strong&gt;SOCIOEDUCATIVA &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;I&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt; DE DINAMI&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;T&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ZACIÓ ECON&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ò&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;MICA, &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;el &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;jueves&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt; anterior &lt;/strong&gt;a la celebración del Ple&lt;strong&gt;, &lt;/strong&gt;a las&lt;strong&gt; 13.30 horas.”&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Lo cual se hace público para general conocimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
