    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;La Alcaldia, mediante la Resolución número 82, de 5 de julio de 2019, adoptó el siguiente acuerdo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;«De acuerdo con las facultades que confiere a esta alcaldía la legislación vigente en materia de régimen local; la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases de régimen local; el Real decreto legislativo 781/86, de 18 de abril, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de las disposiciones legales vigentes en materia de régimen local; y el Real decreto 2568/1986, de 28 de noviembre, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de organización, funcionamiento y régimen jurídico de las entidades locales;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO:&lt;/strong&gt; Estructurar la organización de los servicios administrativos del Ajuntament en tres áreas, en virtud de lo que se establece en la Disposición adicional cuarta del RD 2568/1986, y delegar el conocimiento previo, la preparación de los acuerdos y la resolución de los asuntos que se especifican en los concejales y las concejalas siguientes, en cumplimiento de lo que se establece en el artículo 23 de la Ley 7/1985 y el Reglamento orgánico municipal (artículos 90 y 91, con relación al 38).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;1. ÁREA DE ORGANIZACIÓN Y SEGURIDAD CIUDADANA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Dentro de este área quedarían integrados los siguientes servicios:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.1. SERVICIOS CENTRALES Y ORGANIZACIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;1.1.1. Servei de Protocol (Alcaldia)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;1.1.2. Serveis Jurídics: Contratació y otros servicios (Alcaldia)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;1.1.3. Serveis Econòmics: Hisenda y Gestió Tributària&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;1.1.4. Recursos Humans&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Al concejal Sr. &lt;strong&gt;JOSÉ LÓPEZ BOSCH&lt;/strong&gt;, las facultades de dirigir, gestionar y resolver mediante actos administrativos que afecten a terceros con relación a HISENDA Y GESTIÓ TRIBUTÀRIA (excepto por lo que respecta a los asuntos cuya resolución haya sido delegada por esta alcaldía en la Junta de Govern Municipal).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;A la concejala Sra. &lt;strong&gt;LAURA ANGLADA SEARA&lt;/strong&gt;, las facultades de dirigir, gestionar y resolver mediante actos administrativos que afecten a terceros con relación a RECURSOS HUMANS (excepto por lo que respecta a los asuntos cuya resolución haya sido delegada por esta alcaldía en la Junta de Govern Municipal).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.2. SERVEI DE SEGURETAT CIUTADANA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Este servicio incluye: Policia, Protecció Civil y Circulació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Al concejal Sr. &lt;strong&gt;SERGIO SERVERA MORENO&lt;/strong&gt;, las facultades de dirigir, gestionar y resolver mediante actos administrativos que afecten a terceros con relación a POLICIA LOCAL, PROTECCIÓ CIVIL, CIRCULACIÓN (SEÑALÉTICA, VADOS, TARJETAS VERDES Y ZONA AZUL, PARQUÍMETROS), MULTAS DE TRÁFICO.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.3. SERVEI D'ATENCIÓ CIUTADANA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Este servicio incluye: OAC, Inspecció, Consum.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;A la concejala Sra. &lt;strong&gt;FÀTIMA ANGLADA &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;AMETLLER&lt;/strong&gt;, las facultades de dirigir, gestionar y resolver mediante actos administrativos que afecten a terceros en temas de ATENCIÓ CIUTADANA (OAC, INSPECCIÓ, CONSUM).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

SERVEI DE NOVES TECNOLOGIES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Al concejal Sr. SERGIO SERVERA MORENO, las facultades de dirigir, gestionar y resolver mediante actos administrativos que afecten a terceros con relación a temas de NOVES TECNOLOGIES.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.5. SERVEI DE TRANSPARÈNCIA I POLÍTICA COMUNICATIVA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Al concejal Sr. &lt;strong&gt;SERGIO SERVERA MORENO&lt;/strong&gt;, las facultades de dirigir, gestionar y resolver mediante actos administrativos que afecten a terceros con relación a temas de TRANSPARÈNCIA I POLÍTICA COMUNICATIVA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;2. ÀREA DE TERRITORI I ENTORN I SERVEIS URBANS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Dentro de este àrea quedarían integrados los siguientes servicios:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.1. SERVEI DE TERRITORI I ENTORN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;2.1.1. Urbanisme y Activitats: Disciplina Urbanística, licencias por obras y actividades (PGOU) y otros instrumentos de ordenación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;2.1.2. Mantenimiento y mejora de la vía pública: Brigada, Obra Pública y Camins Rurals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;2.1.3. Medi Ambient: Energies, Zones Verdes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;2.1.4. Neteja y Recollida de Residus: Recogida de Fems y Neteja Viària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;2.1.5. Ús de la Via Pública y Disciplina Governativa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;2.1.6. Manteniment y Millora d'Edificis d'Administración General (Alcaldia).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Al concejal Sr. &lt;strong&gt;PERE FIOL BENEJAM&lt;/strong&gt;, las facultades de dirigir y gestionar en temas de PLANEJAMENT GESTIÓ URBANÍSTICA; así como también las facultades de dirigir, gestionar y resolver mediante actos administrativos que afecten a terceros en temas DE INTERVENCIÓN PREVENTIVA (licencias urbanísticas y de actividades, primeras ocupaciones...) Y DISCIPLINA EN MATERIA URBANÍSTICA Y DE ACTIVIDADES (excepto a lo referente a los asuntos cuya resolución haya sido delegada por esta alcaldía a la Junta de Govern Municipal).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Al concejal Sr. &lt;strong&gt;JOSÉ LÓPEZ BOSCH&lt;/strong&gt;, las facultades de dirigir, gestionar y resolver mediante actos administrativos que afecten a terceros con relación al MANTENIMIENTO Y a la MEJORA DE LA VÍA PÚBLICA: BRIGADA, OBRA PÚBLICA Y CAMINOS RURALES.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;A la concejala Sra. &lt;strong&gt;MARIA JESÚS BAGUR BENEJAM&lt;/strong&gt;, las facultades de dirigir, gestionar y resolver mediante actos administrativos que afecten a terceros con relación a MEDI AMBIENT, ENERGIES, Y ZONES VERDES.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Asimismo, a la concejala Sra. &lt;strong&gt;MARIA JESÚS BAGUR BENEJAM&lt;/strong&gt;, las facultades de dirigir, gestionar y resolver mediante actos administrativos que afecten terceros con relación al ÚS DE LA VIA PÚBLICA Y DISCIPLINA GOVERNATIVA: CUMPLIMIENTO Y SEGUIMIENTO DE ORDENANZAS, Y TODOS LOS PERMISOS Y/O LAS AUTORIZACIONES RELACIONADOS CON ESTAS MATERIAS (TOLDOS, OCUPACIÓN DE VÍA PÚBLICA CON MERCANCÍAS, POR OBRAS, ETC.).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Al concejal Sr. &lt;strong&gt;ANDREU CARDONA MIR&lt;/strong&gt;, las facultades de dirigir, gestionar y resolver mediante actos administrativos que afecten a terceros con relación a NETEJA I RECOLLIDA DE RESIDUS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.2. SERVICIOS URBANOS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;2.2.1. Cementeris&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;2.2.2. Servei d'Aigua i Clavegueram&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;2.2.3. Escorxador&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;2.2.4. Salubritat Pública&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;A la concejala Sra. &lt;strong&gt;NOEMÍ CAMPS VILLALONGA&lt;/strong&gt;, las facultades de dirigir, gestionar y resolver mediante actos administrativos que afecten a terceros con relación a CEMENTERIS, SERVEI D'AIGÜES Y CLAVEGUERAM.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;A la concejala Sra. &lt;strong&gt;MARIA ALEXANDRA M&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;OLL&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt; TALTAVUL&lt;/strong&gt;L, las facultades de dirigir, gestionar y resolver mediante actos administrativos que afecten a terceros con relación a temas de ESCORXADOR Y SALUBRITAT PÚBLICA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.3. SERVEI DE MOBILITAT&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Incluye los siguientes servicios: Mobilitat Sostenible, transporte público, taxi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;A la concejala Sra. &lt;strong&gt;FÀTIMA ANGLADA A&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;METLLER&lt;/strong&gt;, las facultades de dirigir, gestionar y resolver mediante actos administrativos que afecten a terceros con relación a MOBILITAT SOSTENIBLE, TRANSPORTE PÚBLICO, TAXI.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;3. ÀREA SOCIOEDUCATIVA I DE DINAMITZACIÓ ECONÒMICA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Dentro de este área quedarían integrados los siguientes servicios:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.1. SERVICIOS A LAS PERSONAS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;3.1.1. Atenció Social&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;3.1.2. Patronat Municipal de l'Hospital&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Al concejal Sr. &lt;strong&gt;ANDREU BOSCH MESQUIDA&lt;/strong&gt;, las facultades de dirigir, gestionar y resolver mediante actos administrativos que afecten a terceros con relación a Educació y Patronat Municipal d'Escoles Infantils.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.5. SERVEI D'ESPORTS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Incluye el deporte escolar, los programas de educación deportiva, las instalaciones deportivas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;A la concejala Sra. &lt;strong&gt;MARIA ALEXANDRA M&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;OLL&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt; TALTAVULL&lt;/strong&gt;, las facultades de dirigir, gestionar y resolver mediante actos administrativos que afecten a terceros con relación a ESPORTS: DEPORTE ESCOLAR, PROGRAMAS DE EDUCACIÓN DEPORTIVA, INSTALACIONES DEPORTIVAS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.8. SERVICIO DE IGUALDAD Y COOPERACIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;A la concejala Sra. &lt;strong&gt;FÀTIMA ANGLADA A&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;METLLER&lt;/strong&gt;, las facultades de dirigir, gestionar y resolver mediante actos administrativos que afecten a terceros con relación a IGUALDAD Y COOPERACIÓN.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO:&lt;/strong&gt; Mandar la publicación de esta resolución al Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears (BOIB), de acuerdo con el artículo 44 del ROF, de la que se dará cuenta en el Ple del Ajuntament en la primera sesión que se celebre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
