El Decreto 46/2019, de 7 de junio, publicado en el BOIB de día 8 del mismo mes, establece las autorizaciones de alquiler de vehículos con conductor de ámbito insular y carácter temporal en la isla de Mallorca (vlc-TM). En la disposición adicional primera, fija en 25 el número de autorizaciones a otorgar para la temporada correspondiente al año 2019 y da un plazo de diez días hábiles para presentar solicitudes. </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">2.</span><strong style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif"> </strong><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Dentro del plazo otorgado, que finalizó el día 22 de junio, se presentaron 59 solicitudes.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">3. Una vez revisadas las solicitudes, junto con la documentación que las acompaña, resulta que el número de solicitudes es superior al número de autorizaciones de vlc-TM que se pueden expedir para esta temporada, motivo por el cual corresponde aplicar el baremo establecido en el artículo 8 del Decreto.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">4. Una vez confeccionada una lista provisional de todas las solicitudes con las observaciones oportunas respecto del correcto cumplimiento de los requisitos exigidos y la aplicación del baremo, de acuerdo con el artículo 45.1.</span><em style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">b)</em><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif"> de la Ley&nbsp;39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, dado que es un procedimiento de concurrencia competitiva, se ha publicado en el BOIB núm. 100, de día 20 de julio de 2019, y en la página web de esta dirección general, y se ha otorgado un plazo de 5 días para consultar el expediente y presentar las alegaciones que los interesados consideren oportunas.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">5. En el plazo concedido no se ha presentado ninguna alegación a la lista provisional, motivo por el cual esta lista pasa a ser la definitiva.&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">6. La Ley 4/2014, de 20 de junio, de transportes terrestres y movilidad sostenible de las Illes Balears.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2. El Decreto 46/2019, de 7 de junio, por el que se establecen las autorizaciones de alquiler de vehículos con conductor de ámbito insular y carácter temporal en la isla de Mallorca.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente</span></p> <p style="text-align:center"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Resolución </strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1. Expedir la autorización de alquiler de vehículos con conductor, de ámbito insular y carácter temporal del año 2019 (vlc-TM), así como los distintivos correspondientes, a las empresas y los vehículos comprendidos en la tabla que figura en el apartado 6 de esta resolución.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2. Excluir el resto de solicitudes del procedimiento para otorgar las autorizaciones de vlt-TM porque no han alcanzado la puntuación suficiente para obtener la autorización vlt-TM para la convocatoria de 2019.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3.
