Resolución del Presidente del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares (FOGAIBA) por la que se convocan, para los años 2015 a 2019, subvenciones para inversiones en la transformación y la comercialización de productos agrícolas.</em></em></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0,0000pt; margin-top:3,0000pt; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:114%"><em><em>2. De conformidad con el apartado sexto de la citada Resolución, tuvieron entrada en el Registro del Fondo de Garantía Agraria</em>&nbsp;</em><em><em>&nbsp;y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares un total de </em></em><em><em>28&nbsp;solicitudes de ayuda.</em></em></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0,0000pt; margin-top:3,0000pt; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:114%"><em><em>3. Los órganos gestores del Servicio de Ayudas al Desarrollo Rural han llevado a cabo el control administrativo de las solicitudes y de la documentación aportada de acuerdo con las normas reguladoras de esta ayuda.</em></em></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0,0000pt; margin-top:3,0000pt; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:114%"><em><em>4. Decreto 65/2007, de 25 de mayo, de constitución, organización y funcionamiento del Organismo Pagador de los gastos del Fondo Europeo Agrícola de Garantía (FEAGA) y del Fondo Europeo Agrícola de Desarrollo Rural (FEADER), en la comunidad autónoma de las Islas Baleares BOIB núm. 082 de 2007; en virtud de la Orden de la Consejera de Agricultura y pesca de 23 de diciembre de 2005, por la que se dispone la asunción de la ejecución de la política de mejora y fomento de los sectores agrario y pesquero por parte del Fondo de garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares, establece en el artículo 1 que el FOGAIBA asume la ejecución de la política de la Consejería de Agricultura y Pesca referente a la aplicación de las medidas de fomento y mejora de los sectores agrario y pesquero , a partir del 1 de enero de 2006.</em></em></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0,0000pt; margin-top:3,0000pt; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:114%"><em><em>16. style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><em><em>Realizar las inversiones o actividades auxiliadas en el plazo establecido en el Anexo I.</em></em></span></p> <p style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><em><em>Justificar los gastos relacionados con la inversión para la recepción de los fondos comunitarios en los términos y plazos determinados en la Resolución de convocatoria.</em></em></span></p> <p style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><em><em>Mantener la inversión objeto de subvención y su destino durante el menos cinco años contados desde la fecha de pago de la ayuda, así como mantener los requisitos y condiciones
