&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;«Hechos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. Esta Presidencia, mediante decreto dictado el día 12 de julio de 2019 dictó el Decreto por el que se nombran altos cargos. Se han detectado una serie de errores consistente en:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a) Nombrar el Sr. Pau Morey Soler como director insular de Función Pública, cuando se le tenía que ratificar en el cargo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b) Los errores materiales siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;“Sra. Sofia Alonso Bigler, director insular de Personas Mayores: Sofia Alonso Bigler”. El correcto es “Sra. Sofia Alonso Bigler, directora insular de Personas Mayores”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;“Sra. Rosa Cursach Salas, director insular de Igualdad y Diversidad”. El correcto es “Sra. Rosa Cursach Salas, directora insular de Igualdad y Diversidad”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;“Sra. Rosa M. Cañamares Bernaldo, secretaria técnica”. El correcto es “Rosa María Cañameras Bernaldo, secretaria técnica”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;“Sr. Alex Segura Castelltort, director insular de Participación y Juventud”. El correcto es “Sr. Alejandro Segura Castelltort, director insular de Participación y Juventud”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Fundamentos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. En el art. 13. 2 de la Ley 8/2000, de 27 de octubre, de consejos insulares, se establece que los departamentos pueden estructurarse internamente en direcciones insulares y tener una secretaría técnica, si así se establece en los reglamentos de organización del Consejo Insular. De estos órganos depende el resto de órganos y unidades del departamento. La Presidencia del Consejo puede designar libremente a los directores insulares y los secretarios técnicos de acuerdo con criterios de competencia y experiencia profesionales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. En el artículo 41 del Reglamento orgánico del Consejo de Mallorca (ROCM), se establece que las personas titulares de los órganos directivos son nombradas libremente por la Presidencia, a propuesta de la persona titular del departamento, de acuerdo con criterios de competencia profesional y experiencia, sin que, vistas las funciones de estos órganos, tengan que reunir la condición de personal funcionario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Por lo tanto, decreto:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;. Corregir el Decreto de día 12 de julio de 2019 por el que se nombran altos cargos e incluir al Sr. Pau Morey Soler, director insular de Función Pública en el grupo de cargos que se ratifican.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;. Corregir el Decreto de día 12 de julio de 2019 por el que se nombran altos cargos en los términos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Allí donde dice:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
