    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El Ayuntamiento Pleno, en sesión extraordinaria celebrada el día 2 de julio de 2019, adoptó el acuerdo relativo a la asignación de dotaciones a los grupos políticos municipales, régimen de indemnizaciones y asistencias para los miembros de la Corporación que, en su parte bastante, dice: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Primero&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;.- &lt;em&gt;Establecer, con efectos de día 22 de junio de 2019, el siguiente&lt;strong&gt; régimen de asistencias:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a) Los miembros de la Corporación percibirán por la asistencia efectiva a las sesiones de los órganos municipales de los que formen parte las cuantías íntegras siguientes, en límite anual máximo:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Tenientes de alcalde con delegaciones: 18.000,00 €&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Regidores con delegación: 16.800,00 €&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Regidores portavoces sin delegación: 8.400,00 €&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Regidores sin delegación: 7.200,00 € &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b) Las anteriores asignaciones no serán actualizadas anualmente.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c) Los regidores y regidoras que el Pleno municipal haya declarado o declare en situación de dedicación exclusiva o parcial percibirán únicamente su retribución, por lo cual no podrán percibir las anteriores indemnizaciones a partir del momento en el que surta efecto la mencionada declaración de dedicación.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Segundo.- &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Establecer el &lt;strong&gt;régimen de indemnizaciones&lt;/strong&gt; siguiente:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Todos los miembros de la Corporación, incluidos los que ejercen cargos en régimen de dedicación exclusiva o parcial, percibirán indemnizaciones por los gastos efectivos, documentalmente justificados, que se ocasionen en el ejercicio de sus cargos, según las normas de aplicación general de las Administraciones Públicas y las que en desarrollo de éstas acuerde el Pleno de la Corporación. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Para proceder a su pago será necesaria la declaración de la persona interesada sobre el itinerario y la gestión realizada conformada por el Sr. Alcalde. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Tercero.- &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Fijar, con efectos de 1 de julio de 2019, una &lt;strong&gt;dotación económica &lt;/strong&gt;a los&lt;strong&gt; grupos políticos&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;municipales&lt;/strong&gt; que se constituyan en esta nueva Corporación municipal, que estará conformada por los siguientes componentes fijos y variables, y significar a los grupos políticos municipales que, de conformidad con lo que establece el artículo 73.3 de Ley 7/85, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases del régimen local (LBRL), estas asignaciones no se pueden destinar al pago de remuneraciones de personal de cualquier tipo ni a la adquisición de bienes que puedan constituir activos fijos de carácter patrimonial, y que los grupos tendrán que llevar una contabilidad específica de su asignación que deberán poner a disposición del Pleno siempre que éste lo pida.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a) Dotación a los grupos municipales:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Un componente fijo, idéntico para todos los grupos, consistente en la cuantía de 1.200,00 €/grupo/anual.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Un componente variable, en función del número de miembros de cada grupo, consistente en la cantidad de 700,00 €/regidor/anual.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b) Las anteriores asignaciones no serán actualizadas anualmente.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Cuarto.- &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Publicar íntegramente el presente acuerdo en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares (BOIB) y en el tablón de edictos de la Corporación, de conformidad con el artículo 75.5 de la Ley 7/85, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases del régimen local (LBRL), a los efectos oportunos.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El anterior acuerdo se publica íntegramente para el conocimiento general conforme establece el artículo 75.5 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases del régimen local (LBRL) y demás disposiciones legales vigentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
