    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;En cumplimiento de las disposiciones vigentes a continuación se hace pública la Resolución nº 2019/517, de día 27 de junio, que ha dictado el Sr. Alcalde relativa al nombramiento de personal eventual:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;“&lt;strong&gt;RESOLUCIÓN DE ALCALDÍA Nº 517/2019&lt;/strong&gt; .- Visto que en la plantilla de personal de este Ayuntamiento y en el anexo de personal del Presupuesto municipal para el ejercicio 2018, aprobado en sesión extraordinaria de día 29 de agosto de 2018 y publicada su aprobación definitiva en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares nº 108, de fecha 1 de septiembre de 2018, existe un puesto de trabajo reservado a personal eventual, denominado jefe de servicio, retribuciones 31.007,24 euros, pagas extraordinarias 5.167,88 euros, con una retribución total general de 36.175,12 euros (sueldo anual). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Valorando la idoneidad de cubrir este lugar, procede el nombramiento de una persona de confianza con calificación profesional suficiente para desarrollar las funciones de jefe de servicio adscrito al Área de Servicios Generales, y esta Alcaldía, conforme a las atribuciones conferidas por el artículo 104.2 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, de bases del régimen local (LBRL) y al artículo 12.3 del Real Decreto Legislativo 5/2015, de 30 de octubre, por el que se aprueba el Texto Refundido de la Ley del estatuto básico del empleado público (TREBEP), considera que el Sr. Bartomeu Cerdà Estades reúne las condiciones para desarrollar estas funciones para cubrir este puesto de trabajo, por lo cual &lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/strong&gt;: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Primero.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Nombrar el Sr. Bartomeu Cerdà Estades, titular del DNI nº **8209**, jefe de servicio del Área de Servicios Generales de este Ayuntamiento, con la calidad de personal eventual y con la retribución antes mencionada, resultando aplicable el régimen general a efectos de cotización a la Seguridad Social en equivalencia al que sea adecuado a la naturaleza de su condición, con efectos a 1 de julio de 2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Segundo.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt; Determinar que su dedicación será a jornada completa, con adscripción al Área de Servicios Generales de este Ayuntamiento. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Tercero.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Publicar el anterior nombramiento en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares (BOIB) y en la sede electrónica, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en los artículos 104.3 y 104 bis. 5 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, de bases del régimen local (LBRL), respectivamente, junto con su régimen de retribuciones y dedicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Cuarto.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Notificar la presente Resolución al interesado y a los servicios municipales pertinentes (Departamento de Personal, Intervención y Área de Servicios Generales), a los efectos oportunos.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Lo cual se hace público para general conocimiento. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
