![CDATA[Nueva citación de actas previas a la ocupación para la instalación de una conducción de agua para alimentar la central eléctrica de Maó]] 33235 2019-07-22 es 624659 ![CDATA[<p><span style="line-height:normal">El 7 de mayo de 2019 se publicó en el BOIB la Resolución de consejero de Territorio, Energía y Movilidad de 16 de abril de 2019, por la que se otorga a Gas y Electricidad Generación, SA, la autorización administrativa de construcción y se declara, en concreto, la utilidad pública de una instalación de conducción de agua para alimentar la central eléctrica de Maó.</span></p> <p><span style="line-height:normal">El 18 de junio de 2019 se publicó en el BOIB nº81 la citación de las actas previas y se notificó individualmente a cada afectado.</span></p> <p><span style="line-height:normal">Dado que no se han podido practicar todas las notificaciones establecidas en el artículo 52 de la Ley de 16 de diciembre de 1954 sobre expropiación forzosa, se procede a:</span></p> <p><span style="line-height:normal">1. Dejar sin efectos la citación para el día 18 de julio de 2019.</span></p> <p><span style="line-height:normal">2. Establecer la nueva fecha para la citación de actas previas para el día 17 de septiembre de 2019 para poder llevar a cabo la redacción de las actas previas a la ocupación de las fincas afectadas por la expropiación forzosa, con carácter de urgencia, motivada por la realización del proyecto básico de conducción de agua entre la central térmica de Maó y la EAR Maó-es Castell.</span></p> <p><span style="line-height:normal">Para facilitar los datos necesarios que tienen que constar en las actas previas, comunico a los titulares afectados que se indican a continuación que deben presentarse el día y la hora indicados en la lista adjunta como anexo.</span></p> <p><span style="line-height:normal">3. Informar que deben comparecer personalmente y aportar el documento nacional de identidad y los documentos acreditativos de su representación; y, en el caso de la parcela afectada, el título de propiedad (la nota simple informativa del Registro de la Propiedad, si la finca está inscrita a su nombre y, si no lo está, la escritura pública o el documento privado).</span></p> <p><span style="line-height:13pt">4. Elaborar las hojas de depósito previo a la ocupación e indemnización por rápida ocupación, dados el acta previa de ocupación y los documentos que se aporten. </span></p> <p><span style="line-height:13pt">5.
