    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;De conformidad con lo establecido en los artículos 112.3 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases del Régimen Local y 169.3 del Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, por el que se aprueba el Texto refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, y habida cuenta que la Corporación, en sesión celebrada el día 26 de junio de 2019, adoptó acuerdo de aprobación inicial de modificación de la plantilla de personal para 2019, éste ha devenido firme al no haberse presentado reclamaciones contra el mismo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
