    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;En cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artículo 44,2 del Reglamento de organización, funcionamiento y régimen jurídico de las entidades locales, se publica en el BOIB el siguiente Decreto de fecha 27 de junio de 2019, firmado por el alcalde, Sr. Carlos Simarro Vicens:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DECRETO DE ALCALDÍA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;DELEGACIÓN DE ALCALDÍA PORT DE SÓLLER&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;En virtud de lo dispuesto en la normativa vigente, esta Alcaldía ha RESUELTO: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero&lt;/strong&gt;.- Efectuar la delegación específica de la Alcaldía del Port de Sóller (es decir, todos el asuntos relacionados con el Port de Sóller que afecten la gestión municipal y los ciudadanos del Puerto) en el Teniente de Alcalde, señor Joan Ruiz Mesquida. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo&lt;/strong&gt;.- Notificarlo a las personas interesadas, publicarlo en el BOIB y en la página web municipal. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
