    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;En cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artículo 44,2 del Reglamento de organización, funcionamiento y régimen jurídico de las entidades locales, se publi&lt;span&gt;ca en el BOIB el siguiente&lt;/span&gt; Decreto de fecha 27 de junio de 2019, firmado por el a&lt;span&gt;lcalde&lt;/span&gt;, Sr. Carlos Simarro Vicens:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DECRETO DE ALCALDÍA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif"&gt;COMPOSICIÓN Y HORARIO DE LA JUNTA DE GOBIERNO LOCAL&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif"&gt;De acuerdo con la normativa vigente, esta Alcaldía ha RESUELTO:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero&lt;/strong&gt;.- La Junta de Gobierno Local, presidida por mí, estará integrada por los siguientes regidores/se, lo/las señores/as: Carlos Darder Rosell, Maria de Mar Castañer Lozano, Catalina Maria Pomar Catany, Sebastián Luís Aguiló Roig y Joan Ruiz Mesquida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo&lt;/strong&gt;.- Las sesiones de la Junta de Gobierno serán semanales, los viernes a las 12 horas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero&lt;/strong&gt;.- Que se dé cuenta de este decreto al Pleno del Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto&lt;/strong&gt;.- Notificarlo a las personas interesadas, publicarlo en el BOIB y en la página web municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
