&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.El Decreto 41/2009, de 26 de junio, aprueba el catálogo de material ortoprotésico de las Islas Baleares. Incluye los artículos, la financiación a cargo de la administración, la aportación del usuario, y otros aspectos relevantes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. La Resolución del director general del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares de 2 de noviembre de 2017 establece el procedimiento para dispensar a los usuarios autorizados por el Servicio de Salud, sin desembolso previo, los productos ortoprotésicos incluidos en el anexo 2 de dicha Resolución. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. La Resolución de la consejera de Salud de 25 de abril de 2019 actualizó el contenido del catálogo de productos ortoprotésicos aprobado por el Decreto 41/2009, y modificó los códigos de algunos productos que figuran en el anexo 2 de la Resolución de 2 de noviembre de 2017.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Para adaptar la Resolución de 2 de noviembre de 2017 al catálogo vigente, se considera conveniente modificar el anexo 2 de dicha Resolución, actualizando los códigos de los productos allí relacionados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por todo ello, y en uso de las atribuciones que me confiere el Decreto 39/2006, de&amp;nbsp; 21 de abril, por el que se aprueban los Estatutos del ente público Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares, dicto la siguiente &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;RESOLUCIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Modificar el anexo 2 de la Resolución del director general del Servicio de Salud de 2 de noviembre de 2017 en los términos que establece esta Resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Publicar esta Resolución y su anexo en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra esta resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, puede interponerse un recurso contencioso-administrativo ante la Sala de lo Contencioso-administrativo del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Islas Baleares en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde el día siguiente a la publicación, de acuerdo con los artículos 10 y 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;No obstante, las personas interesadas pueden optar por interponer contra esta resolución un recurso de reposición ante el mismo órgano que la dicta en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente a la fecha de publicación. En este caso no se podrá interponer el recurso contencioso-administrativo hasta que se haya dictado una resolución expresa o presunta sobre el recurso de reposición, de acuerdo con los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
