    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Los artículos 17.&lt;em&gt;m)&lt;/em&gt; y 41.&lt;em&gt;e&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;)&lt;/em&gt; de la Ley 1/2019, de 31 de enero, del Gobierno de las Illes Balears,&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; determinan, respectivamente, que son competencia del Gobierno el nombramiento y la separación de altos cargos de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma, y de los consejeros, elevar su propuesta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Por todo ello, a propuesta de la presidenta y de los consejeros y consejeras del Gobierno, cada uno respecto de los cargos dependientes de su consejería, y previa deliberación del Consejo de Gobierno en &lt;/span&gt;su sesión del día 19 de julio de 2019,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El cese de los altos cargos tiene efectos desde el día 19&amp;nbsp; de julio de 2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
