&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La Junta de Gobierno Local de día 3 de julio de 2019 aprueba los criterios de inscripción demandante de la parte baja del Parque Municipal durante las fiestas de San Agustín 2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero.&lt;/strong&gt; Promover la instalación de paradas diversas a la parte baja del Parque Municipal durante las fiestas de San Agustín 2019, de acuerdo con el plano orientativo de ubicación que consta en el expediente y de conformidad con las siguientes condiciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;a) El tipo de lugar de venta será el siguiente:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Alimentación: itinerantes inocuas, modalidad de restaurante con posibilidad de montar mesas y sillas según disponibilidad del espacio (hamburguesería, asados, pinxos...), churros, crepés, gofres, golosinas y frutos secos, helados, granizados y cafés.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Atracciones, tómbolas y ruletas: itinerantes mayores, itinerantes menores.&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Otros lugares: juguetes, Bisutería artesanal, complementos, ropa artesanal, etc..&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El ayuntamiento se reserva el derecho a crear una nueva actividad por innovación y posible demanda del público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;b) Horarios y montaje:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.Organización e inicio de montaje:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Día 21 de agosto del 2019 a las 10.30 horas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.Horarios mínimo de apertura obligatorio será el siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;/li&gt;

	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Día 26 de agosto de 2019 de 16.00 horas hasta 22.00 horas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Día 28 de agosto de 2019 de 18.00 horas hasta 06.00 horas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Día 30 de agosto de 2019 de 19.00 horas hasta 06.00 horas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Día 31 de agosto de 2019 de 21.00 horas hasta 06.00 horas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Día 1 septiembre de 2019 de 20.00 horas hasta 24.00 horas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Es recomendable animar a las personas de los lugares adjudicados, abrir por la tarde desde el inicio de las fiestas del día 23 de agosto hasta 1 de septiembre de 2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Quedarán excluidos durante dos años, todos los lugares sometidos a este acuerdo que no cumplan los días de apertura obligatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. En la finalidad de evitar posibles incidentes se llevará a cabo una inspección de todos los lugares el día 23 de agosto de 2019 a las 10.00 horas con el personal del ayuntamiento; con la obligación de estar presente las personas titulares, en el caso de no personarse la persona titular de la parada a dicha inspección o no cumplir con las medidas de seguridad requeridas a la inspección; se procederá a la retirada de la autorización de ocupación del Parque Municipal y tendrá que abandonar el parque antes de las 18.00 horas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;c) Las tasas de ocupación&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El plazo de abono de las tasas será antes de día 19 de agosto del 2019.&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Licencias por ocupación de lugares con motivo de ferias a la parte baja del Parque Municipal, por metro lineal o fracción y día, siempre que la anchura no exceda de 2 metros: 2,35€/metro/día, con una cuota mínima de 13,20€.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Licencias por ocupación de lugares con motivo de ferias a la parte baja del Parque Municipal, con una anchura superior a los 2 metros: 1,10€/m2/día, con una cuota mínima de 14,40€.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;d) Autorizaciones:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. La autorización de ocupación no podrá ser objeto de donación, cada espacio solicitado se tendrá que hacer una solicitud individual.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Queda prohibido la venta de bebidas alcohólicas exceptuando la cerveza y vino. Los lugares que dispongan de autorización de venta de cerveza y vino tendrá la obligación de exponer un cartel indicativo no se permite la venta ni el consumo de bebidas a menores de 18 años; la persona titular queda obligada a colocar el cartel iniciativo en un lugar visible y cumplir en todo momento la normativa vigente de, dispensación responsable de bebidas alcohólicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3.Todos los lugares con modalidad tipo restaurante, hamburgueserías, asados, pinxos, que estén sometidas a este acuerdo tendrán que ser tipo remolque, en ningún caso casetas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo.&lt;/strong&gt; Abrir un plazo de 10 días hábiles para la presentación de solicitudes a contar del día siguiente de la publicación del correspondiente anuncio en el BOIB. La información también se podrá obtener en la web del Ayuntamiento. La solicitud será facilitada por el ayuntamiento y tendrá que ir acompañada de la documentación siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. VEHÍCULOS, REMOLQUES O SIMILAR DE GOLOSINAS, GRANIZADOS, JUGUETES Y OTROS, QUE NO SON OBJETO DE TRANSFORMACIÓN O MANIPULACIÓN EN LA PROPIA INSTALACIÓN; PARADAS DE ARTESANÍA, CAFÉ, GOLOSINAS, GRANIZADOS, GOFRES, CRESPES, JUGUETES.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.1. Documentación a librar con la solicitud (Anexo III)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) DNI&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Foto de carnet.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) Último recibo de autónomo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d) Certificado del impuesto de actividades económicas al régimen que corresponda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;e) Póliza del seguro de responsabilidad civil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;f) Comprovante de pago de responsabilidad civil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;g) Declaración responsable de fiestas populares Ayuntamiento de Felanitx (Anexo I).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;h) Inscripción registro de Salud Pública de establecimientos minoristas de alimentación de las Islas Baleares en el supuesto de que corresponda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;I) Certificado de acreditación de formación de higiene y calidad alimentaría.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;j) Fotografía del lugar de venta y de los productos que se venden.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;k) Ficha técnica del remolque.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;l) Certificado de verificación de los extintores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;m) Boletín de inspección de gas. (en caso de disponer de gas en la parada)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;f) Comprovante de pago del seguro de responsabilidad civil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;g) Declaración responsable de fiestas populares Ayuntamiento de Felanitx (Anexo I).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;h) Proyecto técnico de actividad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;I) Certificación de los datos inscritos en el registro autonómico de actividades sección II de actividades itinerantes (arte. 54).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;j) Declaración responsable de instalación, inicio y ejercicio de actividad itinerante. Art.56 Ley 7/2013, de 26 de noviembre, de régimen jurídico de instalación, acceso y ejercicio de actividades en las Islas Baleares (Anexo II).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;k) Inscripción registro de Salud Pública de establecimientos minoristas de alimentación de las Islas Baleares en el supuesto de que corresponda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;l) Certificado de acreditación de formación de higiene y calidad alimentaría.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;m) Fotografía del lugar de venta y de los productos que se venden.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;n) Certificado de verificación de los extintores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;o) Boletín de inspección de gas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.2. Documentación a librar día 23 de agosto del 2019:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Características, innovación y originalidad del producto (calidad y exclusividad): 3 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Adaptación al lugar destinado de ocupación y al entorno: 3 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Estética, innovación: 2 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quinto.&lt;/strong&gt; Notificar el presente acuerdo a las personas interesadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sexto.&lt;/strong&gt; Expedir una licencia de autorización ocasional en circunstancias especiales a los lugares adjudicados; la persona titular queda obligada a colocar la vigente licencia en un lugar visible.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
