&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;«Decreto de la Alcaldía 77/2019&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;En Selva, día 5 de julio de 2019, el Alcalde que suscribe, Sr. Joan Rotger Seguí, dicta la siguiente &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;RESOLUCIÓN&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Antecedentes de hecho:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;1. En fecha 15 de junio de 2019, en la sesión constitutiva de la Corporación, se acordó nombrar Alcalde a Joan Rotger Seguí por la mayoría absoluta de los votos de los miembros de la Corporación.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Fundamentos de derecho:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero&lt;/strong&gt;.- Artículos 38, 41, 43 y 44 del Real Decreto 2568/1986, de 28 de noviembre, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen jurídico de las entidades locales (ROF).&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo&lt;/strong&gt;.- Artículo 21 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases del régimen local&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;em&gt;De conformidad con las competencias que por ley se me confieren,&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; margin-right:0.05cm; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;RESUELVO: &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; margin-right:0.05cm; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero&lt;/strong&gt;.- Designar los regidores como encargados de las áreas siguientes: &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;A) AREA DE MEDIO AMBIENTE Y TIERRAS COMUNALES, AGRICULTURA, GESTION CINEGETICA, CEMENTERIO SELVA-CAIMARI, FIESTAS Y FERIAS DE CAIMARI: Cristòfol Barceló Mestre. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;B) AREA DE COORDINACION DE OBRAS MUNICIPALES, FIESTAS Y FERIAS DE MOSCARI, CEMENTERIO DE MOSCARI, COORDINACION DE EDIFICIOS PUBLICOS, RED VIARIA, TRANSICION ENERGETICA: Rafel Gelabert Tortella. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;C) AREA DE BIENESTAR SOCIAL, TERCERA EDAD, SALUD Y SANIDAD, CEMENTERIO DE BINIAMAR, FIESTAS Y ACTOS CULTURALES DE BINIAMAR: Beatriz Lechuga Tortella.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;D) AREA DE JUVENTUD, ACTOS CULTURALES DE BINIBONA, TURISMO, IGUALDAD Y MUJER: Margalida Vicens Alzamora&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;E) AREA DE SERVICIOS ECONOMICOS, HACIENDA Y PRESUPUESTOS, FORMACION, SERVICIOS GENERALES, COMERCIO Y MERCADOS, TRANSPARENCIA Y COMUNICACION, COORDINACION DE AREAS: José Manuel Barredo Enrique&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo&lt;/strong&gt;.- Notificar el presente Decreto a los interesados para su conocimiento y a los efectos oportunos.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero&lt;/strong&gt;.- Publicar el presente Decreto en el Boletín Oficial de les Illes Balears, sin perjuicio de su efectividad desde el día siguiente de la firma de la presente Resolución.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto&lt;/strong&gt;.- Que del presente Decreto se informe al Pleno del Ayuntamiento en la sesión de organización que ésta celebre. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Lo manda y firma el Sr. Alcalde a 5 de julio de 2019&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
