&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;«&lt;strong&gt;Resolución relativa a la adjudicación de la convocatoria de &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;subvenciones para la dinamización sociocultural. Apoyo&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[Apoyo|Soporte]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; a eventos que fomenten la promoción sociocultural, año 2019&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;»Antecedentes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. El vicepresidente segundo y consejero&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[consejero|conseller]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; ejecutivo de Participación Ciudadana y Presidencia, día 6 de mayo de 2019, aprobó el expediente de convocatoria pública de subvenciones para la dinamización sociocultural. Apoyo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;lt;A[Apoyo|Soporte]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; a eventos que fomenten la promoción sociocultural, año 2019 (BOIB nº. 65 de día 14 de mayo de 2019).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;»&lt;/strong&gt;2. La Comisión Técnica de Evaluación, reunida el día 10 de junio de 2019, examinó y evaluó las solicitudes presentadas y emitió los informes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. Día 11 de junio de 2019, el órgano instructor emitió informe relativo al cumplimiento&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[cumplimiento|cumplido]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; por parte de las entidades beneficiarias de los requisitos necesarios para acceder a la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;»&lt;/strong&gt;4. La aportación económica que representa la convocatoria está prevista dentro del presupuesto del Consell de Mallorca para el año 2019 con cargo en la partida presupuestaria 00.23810.48903, y se dispone de los correspondientes certificado de existencia de crédito.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;»&lt;/strong&gt;5. Día 18 de junio de 2019, la Intervención General del Consell de Mallorca emitió informe de fiscalización previa del expediente de conformidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;»Fundamentos &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;»&lt;/strong&gt;1. La Ordenanza General de Subvenciones del Consell Insular de Mallorca aprobada por el Pleno del Consell de Mallorca, en sesión de día 23 de diciembre de 2016, BOIB nº. 21, de 18 de febrero de 2017&lt;strong&gt;, &lt;/strong&gt;y modificada por el Pleno del Consell de Mallorca, en sesión 14 de junio de 2018, BOIB nº. 96 de 4 de agosto de 2018.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;»&lt;/strong&gt;2. La convocatoria pública de subvenciones para la dinamización sociocultural. Apoyo&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[Apoyo|Soporte]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; a eventos que fomenten la promoción sociocultural, año 2019, aprobada por resolución del vicepresidente segundo y consejero&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[consejero|conseller]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; ejecutivo de Participación Ciudadana y Presidencia, día 6 de mayo de 2019 (BOIB nº. 65, de día 14 de mayo de 2019). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;»&lt;/strong&gt;3. El órgano competente para resolver el procedimiento, de acuerdo con lo que se prevé en el apartado primero del Decreto de la Presidencia de Consejo de día 9 de junio de 2017 por&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[por|para]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; lo cual se determina la organización del Consell Insular de Mallorca (BOIB nº. 73, de 15 de junio de 2017), modificado por los Decretos de la Presidencia de día 20 de junio de 2017 (BOIB nº. 77, de 24 de junio de 2017), de día 24 de julio de 2017 (BOIB nº. 92, de 29 de julio de 2017), de día 16 de enero de 2018 (BOIB nº. 12, de 25 de enero de 2018), de día 7 de febrero de 2018 (BOIB nº. 20, de 13 de febrero de 2018) y de día 27 de marzo de 2018 (BOIB nº. 46, de 7 de abril de 2018), y el punto 8.4 de la convocatoria de subvenciones, es el vicepresidente segundo y consejero&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[consejero|conseller]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; ejecutivo de Participación Ciudadana y Presidencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;»RESOLUCIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- 66.851,04 € a favor de las entidades que se detallan en el apartado primero, y por&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[por|para]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; las cuantías que figuran, y consiguientemente que el sobrante, 1.148,96 € revierta a la partida presupuestaria correspondiente (00.23810.48903).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;»&lt;/strong&gt;3. Publicar esta resolución en el&lt;em&gt; Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; por conducto de la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Contra esta resolución, que no agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer el recurso de alzada en el plazo de un mes, a contar a partir del día siguiente de recibir esta notificación. El recurso se puede interponer formalmente ante&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[ante|delante de]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; el vicepresidente segundo y consejero&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;lt;A[consejero|conseller]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; ejecutivo de Participación Ciudadana y Presidencia o ante la presidencia del Consell Insular de Mallorca, que es el órgano competente para resolverlo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Contra la desestimación expresa de este recurso de alzada, se puede interponer el recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo de Palma que corresponda, en el plazo de dos meses, a contar a partir del día siguiente de recibir la notificación de la desestimación de dicho recurso de alzada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Si han transcurrido tres meses desde la interposición del recurso de alzada y no han recibido la notificación de resolución expresa, se entiende desestimado por silencio y se puede interponer el recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo de Palma que corresponda, sin limitación de tiempo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;No obstante&amp;nbsp;lo anterior, se puede interponer, si procede&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[pega|ocurre]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;, cualquier otro recurso que se considere oportuno. Todo ello de conformidad con la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contenciosa administrativa y la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
