    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Por Decreto de Alcaldía 75/2019, de fecha 5 de julio, se adoptó la siguiente Resolución:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;«Decreto de la Alcaldía 75/2019,&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;En Selva, día 5 de julio de 2019, el Alcalde que suscribe, Sr. Joan Rotger Seguí, dicta la siguiente &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;RESOLUCIÓN&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Antecedentes de hecho:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;1. En fecha 15 de junio de 2019, en sesión constitutiva de la Corporación, se acordó nombrar Alcalde a Joan Rotger Seguí, por la mayoría absoluta de los votos de los miembros de la Corporación.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Fundamentos de derecho:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero&lt;/strong&gt;.- Artículo 41.3 del Real Decreto 2568/1986, de 28 de noviembre, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Entidades Locales (ROF).&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo&lt;/strong&gt;.- Artículos 46 a 48 del Real Decreto 2568/1986, de 28 de noviembre, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Entidades Locales (ROF).&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero&lt;/strong&gt;.- Artículo 21.2 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases del régimen local.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;En consecuencia, y de acuerdo con las competencias que por ley se me confieren, RESUELVO:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero&lt;/strong&gt;.- Nombrar Tenientes de Alcalde a los siguientes Concejales:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;-Primer Teniente de Alcalde: Cristòfol Barceló Mestre&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;-Segundo Teniente de Alcalde: Rafel Gelabert Tortella&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;-Tercer Teniente de Alcalde: Beatriz Lechuga Tortella&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;-Cuarto Teniente de Alcalde: Margalida Vicens Alzamora&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;A los Tenientes de Alcaldes les corresponde sustituir en la totalidad de las funciones al Alcalde, en caso de ausencia, enfermedad o impedimento que le imposibilite para cumplir en sus funciones, también en el supuesto de vacante de la Alcaldía, hasta la toma de posesión del nuevo Alcalde. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo&lt;/strong&gt;.- Notificar el presente decreto a los interesados para su conocimiento y a los efectos oportunos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero&lt;/strong&gt;.- Publicar el presente Decreto en el Boletín Oficial de les Illes Balears, sin perjuicio de su efectividad desde el día siguiente de la firma de la presente resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto&lt;/strong&gt;.- Que del presente Decreto se informe al Pleno del Ayuntamiento en la sesión de organización que esta celebre. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Lo ordena y firma el Sr. Alcalde a 5 de julio de 2019&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
