&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Pasado este plazo sin que el aminal haya sido recogido,&amp;nbsp; podra ser cedido a terceros o sacrificado, según el articulo 34 de la ordenanza reguladora de la tenencia de animales de compañia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Al mismo tiempo se le informa que si se recoge, se iniciara el correspondiente expediente sancionador por abandono del animal, según el articulo 11 y sancionado por el artículo 44 apartado de la ordenanza mencionada y el requerimiento del pago de las tasas ocasionadas, según articulo 9 apartado b apartado d, de la ordenanza fiscal reguladora de la tasa por servicios prestados para la retirada de vehículos, otros objectos y animales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
