    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Se hace público que en fecha 10 de julio de 2019, el Presidente del Consejo Insular de Eivissa ha dictado el siguiente decreto:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;“Después de las elecciones del pasado día 26 de mayo de 2019, de acuerdo con lo previsto en el artículo 64.5 del Estatuto de Autonomía de las Islas Baleares (según la redacción dada por la Ley Orgánica 1/2007, de 28 de febrero, que lo reformó; en adelante EAIB) y las disposiciones transitorias primera y segunda de la Ley 7/2009, de 11 de diciembre, electoral de los consejos insulares, el día 5 de julio de 2019 se constituyó el Consejo Insular de Eivissa y tomó posesión de su cargo su Presidente, el cual se dispone a estructurar el Gobierno de esta Institución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En el EAIB se determina que los consejos insulares establecen su organización de acuerdo con la Constitución y el propio Estatuto (artículo 62).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Así mismo, la Ley 8/2000, de 27 de octubre, de consejos insulares, prevé en el artículo 6.1 que los consejos insulares establecerán su organización de acuerdo con esta Ley, en el marco del que se dispone en la legislación básica de régimen jurídico de les administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Según el artículo 9.2. &lt;em&gt;f&lt;/em&gt; de dicha Ley 8/2000, de 27 de octubre, corresponde al Presidente dictar los decretos que supongan la creación y/o extinción de departamentos del Consejo Ejecutivo, en el marco del Reglamento Orgánico. En concordancia, el artículo 16 del Reglamento Orgánico de esta institución -ROCI- (BOIB núm. 136, de 18/09/2010, corrección en BOIB núm. 148, de 14/10/2010, modificación en BOIB núm. 48, de 16/04/2016), entre las competencias organizativas de la Presidencia, prevé en el punto 4 la creación de los departamentos en los que se ha de organizar el Consejo Insular y determinar su estructura interna y atribuciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los departamentos se definen en el artículo 68.1 del ROCI como las unidades en que se organiza la actividad administrativa del Consejo Insular de Eivissa, cada una de las cuales comprende uno o más sectores funcionalmente homogéneos de la mencionada actividad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;También el artículo 71 del ROCI establece que corresponde a la Presidencia disponer la creación de los diferentes departamentos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En este sentido, el Gobierno del Consejo Insular se estructura en la Presidencia y en diversos departamentos, agrupados en tres áreas de actuación conforme al principio de organización funcional de la actividad administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Al frente de cada departamento habrá un Consejero Ejecutivo o Consejera Ejecutiva, sin perjuicio que aquesta Presidencia, además de las facultades propias que le son atribuidas legalmente, dirigirá también un departamento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por todo lo anterior, en uso de las facultades que tengo conferidas, dicto el siguiente &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DECRETO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;PRIMERO.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt; El Consejo Ejecutivo del Consejo Insular de Eivissa estará integrado por el Presidente, las Vicepresidencias Primera, Segunda y Tercera y los Consejeros Ejecutivos y las Consejeras Ejecutivas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;SEGUNDO.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt; Estructurar el Gobierno del Consejo Insular de Eivissa en la Presidencia y en los departamentos que se indiquen, agrupados en tres áreas de actuación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;1. Corresponde a la Presidencia del Consejo Insular de Eivissa, además de las facultades que le asigna el ordenamiento jurídico, la coordinación de la Secretaría General y de la Asesorí Jurídica, sin perjuicio de las facultades conferidas al Departamento que gestiona los recursos humanos (RRHH) de la Corporación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2. Los diferentes departamentos, agrupados en tres áreas, son los siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Área de Turismo, Coordinación y Gestión del Territorio:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Departamento de Turismo, Medio Rural y Marino y Cooperación Municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Departamento de Presidencia y Gestión Ambiental.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Departamento de Gestión del Territorio, Infraestructuras Viarias y Lucha contra el Intrusismo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Área de Desarrollo Económico, Innovación y Participación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Departamento de Innovación, Transparencia, Participación y Transportes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Departamento de Economía y Hacienda, y Desarrollo Empresarial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Área de Desarrollo Social&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Departamento de Cultura, Educación y Patrimoni.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Departamento de Bienestar Social y Recursos Humanos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Departamento de Deportes y Juventud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;TERCERO. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Determinar el ámbito o el sector específico de la actividad administrativa con el cual se identifica cada Departamento, de acuerdo con la relación siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;1. &lt;strong&gt;Departamento de Turismo, Medio Rural y Marino y Cooperación Municipal&lt;/strong&gt;, comprende: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;a) La actividad competencial propia del Consejo Insular en relación con las materias de promoción y ordenación turística. Información turística; ordenación del sector turístico, ordenación de actividades en zonas turísticas, función inspectora y sancionadora en materia turística; coordinación de la política turística, promoción del turismo y relaciones interadministrativas en esta materia y creación de productos turísticos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;b) La actividad competencial propia del Consejo Insular en relación con las materias de agricultura, ganadería, pesca, caza, recursos cinegéticos, montes y recursos y aprovechamientos hidráulicos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;c) La actividad competencial propia del Consejo Insular en materia de cooperación y asistencia local a los municipios de la isla, recogidas tanto en la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de les Bases de Régimen Local y la Ley 8/1983, de 1 de diciembre, de Atribución de Competencias a los Consejos Insulares en Materia de Régimen Local. Todo aquello relacionado con el Consejo de Municipios de Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;d) Las actuaciones relacionadas con la gestión de la empresa pública Ferias, Congresos y Eventos de Eivissa, SAU (FECOEV).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;e) Este Departamento también gestionará los servicios propios de su ámbito de actuación prestados a los diferentes centros propiedad del Consejo Insular.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2- &lt;strong&gt;Departamento de Presidencia y Gestión Ambiental&lt;/strong&gt;,&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;comprende:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;a) La actividad competencial del Consejo Insular en relación con las materias de medio ambiente y gestión de residuos; servicio de extinción de incendios y salvamento y Parque Insular de Bomberos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;b) Servicios técnicos de la Corporación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;c) Coordinación interdepartamental y relaciones institucionales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;d) Coordinación de los planes estratégicos del Consejo; seguimiento de proyectos estratégicos y interdepartamentales; coordinar las actuaciones del Consejo Insular de Eivissa con asuntos europeos; gestión y coordinación de fondos estatutarios, así como de coordinación de las inversiones del Estado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;e) Impulsar la aplicación del reglamento de honores y distinciones; promover, potenciar y coordinar las conmemoraciones y los eventos de ámbito insular que ayuden a la cohesión de la ciudadanía.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;f) Coordinar las relaciones con los medios de comunicación respecto a la información institucional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;g) La coordinación de la iniciativa reglamentaria interdepartamental.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;h) Todo aquello relacionado con los terrenos del antiguo acuartelamiento de Sa Coma y la gestión del parque insular de servicios "Sa Coma".&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;3. &lt;strong&gt;Departamento de Gestión del Territorio, Infraestructuras Viarias y Lucha contra el Intrusismo&lt;/strong&gt;, comprende:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;a) La actividad competencial propia del Consejo Insular en relación con las materias de ordenación del territorio, incluido el litoral, urbanismo y cédulas de habitabilidad, control y disciplina urbanística y política del suelo; infraestructuras viarias del Consejo Insular. Este departamento también gestionará los servicios propios de su ámbito de actuación prestados en los diferentes centros propiedad del Consejo Insular.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;b) Lucha contra el intrusismo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;c) Contratación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;d) Expropiaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;e) Este Departamento también gestionará los servicios propios de su ámbito de actuación prestados en los diferentes centros propiedad del Consejo Insular.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;4. &lt;strong&gt;Departamento de Innovación, Transparencia, Participación y Transportes&lt;/strong&gt;, comprende:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;a) La activitat competencial propia del Consejo Insular en relación con las materias de transportes terrestres i movilidad; de inspección técnica de vehículos (ITV).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;b) Gestión de la administración electrónica; transparencia; innovación y tecnologías de información y comunicación (TIC), recursos informáticos, nuevas tecnologías y sociedad del conocimiento; oficina de asistencia en materia de registro (OAMR).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;c) Participación Ciudadana; aplicación y seguimiento del Reglamento de Participación ciudadana de la Corporación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;d) Este Departamento también gestionará los servicios propios de su ámbito de actuación prestados en los diferentes centros propiedad del Consejo Insular.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;5. &lt;strong&gt;Departamento de Economía y Hacienda, y Desarrollo Empresarial&lt;/strong&gt;, comprende:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) La dirección, la elaboración, la gestión general, el seguimiento y el control del presupuesto general del Consejo Insular, así como la programación presupuestaria relativa a este.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) La Intervención, el control económico interno y la contabilidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) La política financiera y las relaciones con las entidades financieras.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d) La Tesorería, la gestión de ingresos y el endeudamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;e) La planificación económica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;f) Otras que le sean atribuidas por las bases de ejecución del presupuesto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;g) La actividad competencial propia del Consejo Insular en relación con la materia de artesanía. Promoción de la moda. Desarrollo empresarial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;h) Las competencias propias del Consejo Insular en materia de actividades; actuaciones en materia de servicios de admisión y control de ambiente interno. Las funciones relacionadas con la planificación de equipamientos comerciales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;6. &lt;strong&gt;Departamento de Cultura, Educación y Patrimonio&lt;/strong&gt;, comprende:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;a) La actividad competencial propia del Consejo Insular en relación con las materias de cultura, actividades artísticas, educación, promoción y animación sociocultural, museos, archivos, bibliotecas, depósito legal de libros, normalización lingüística y patrimonio cultural, histórico y monumental.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;b) Las actuaciones relacionadas con la gestión del Patronato de la Escuela de Turismo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;c) La gestión de las escuelas infantiles del Consejo Insular de Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;d) Este Departamento también gestionará los servicios propios de su ámbito de actuación prestados en los diferentes centros propiedad del Consejo Insular.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;7- &lt;strong&gt;Departamento de Bienestar Social y Recursos Humanos&lt;/strong&gt;, comprende:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;a) La actividad competencial propia del Consejo Insular en relación con las materias de servicios sociales y asistencia social, integración y desarrollo comunitario, tutela, acogida y adopción de menores, políticas de género y mujer, títulos de familias numerosas y el resto de políticas de inserción social competencia del Consejo Insular de Eivissa, así como la relación y colaboración con las entidades y asociaciones de este ámbito. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Este Departamento también gestionará los servicios propios de su ámbito de actuación prestados en los diferentes centros propiedad del Consejo Insular.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;b) La gestión relativa a los recursos humanos (RRHH) del Consejo Insular, función pública, régimen interior, potestad disciplinaria, respetando las competencias legalmente reservadas a la Presidencia, relaciones con los representantes sindicales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;8. &lt;strong&gt;Departamento de Deportes y Juventud&lt;/strong&gt;, comprende:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;La actividad competencial propia del Consejo Insular en relación con las materias de fomento y promoción de las actividades deportivas, actividades recreativas, de ocio y tiempo libre, juventud y equipamientos juveniles y ordenación de estas actividades. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Este Departamento también gestionará los servicios propios de su ámbito de actuación prestados en los diferentes centros propiedad del Consejo Insular.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;CUARTO.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt; Quedan derogadas todas las disposiciones de rango igual o inferior que se opongan a lo que establece este decreto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUINTO.&lt;/strong&gt; Este decreto entrará en vigor el día de su publicación en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEXTO.&lt;/strong&gt; Publicar el contenido de esta resolución en la Sede Electrónica del Consejo Insular de Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;SÉPTIMO.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt; Dar cuenta de este decreto en el próximo Pleno que se celebre.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
