    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La presidenta, el día 12 de julio de 2019, ha resuelto:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;«Hechos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. Esta Presidencia, mediante decreto dictado el día 8 de julio de 2019 resolvió crear los departamentos en que ha quedado estructurado el Consejo de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. Asimismo, mediante decreto dictado día 11 de julio de 2019, resolvió crear la estructura interna de los departamentos que integran el Gobierno del Consejo de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. Los consejeros ejecutivos y las consejeras ejecutivas han hecho las propuestas correspondientes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Fundamentos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. En el art. 13. 2 de la Ley 8/2000, de 27 de octubre, de consejos insulares, se establece que los departamentos pueden estructurarse internamente en direcciones insulares y tener una secretaría técnica, si así se establece en los reglamentos de organización del Consejo Insular. De estos órganos depende el resto de órganos y unidades del departamento. La Presidencia del Consejo puede designar libremente a los directores insulares y a los secretarios técnicos de acuerdo con criterios de competencia y experiencia profesionales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. En el artículo 41 del Reglamento orgánico del Consejo de Mallorca (ROCM), se establece que las personas titulares de los órganos directivos son nombradas libremente por la Presidencia, a propuesta de la persona titular del departamento, de acuerdo con criterios de competencia profesional y experiencia, sin que, vistas las funciones de estos órganos, tengan que reunir la condición de personal funcionario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Por lo tanto,&lt;strong&gt; resuelvo:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. Ratificar en su cargo a las personas siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Sra. Margarita Portell Sastre, directora insular de Deporte&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; Nombrar a las personas siguientes para los cargos que se especifican, los cuales conforman el gobierno insular actual y se indican a continuación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
