    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Mediante el Decreto de Presidencia núm. 421/2019 dictado en el día de hoy, he resuelto la creación de los departamentos en los que se estructurará el Consejo Insular de Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En el marco de lo establecido en el artículo 66 del Estatuto de Autonomía de las Illes Balears, y de acuerdo con las atribuciones que me confiere el ordenamiento jurídico vigente, en particular el artículo 9.2 &lt;em&gt;g&lt;/em&gt; de la Ley 8/2000, de 27 de octubre, de Consejos Insulares, y los artículos 66 y 67 del Reglamento orgánico de esta institución, con vista al nombramiento de los miembros del Consejo Ejecutivo,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero.&lt;/strong&gt; Nombrar miembros del Consejo Ejecutivo del Consejo Insular de Menorca a las personas siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Presidenta:&lt;/strong&gt; Senyora Susana Irene Mora Humbert&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Vocales:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Bárbara Inmaculada Torrent Bagur, consejera ejecutiva de Bienestar Social&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Sr. José Pastrana Huguet, consejero ejecutivo de Servicios Generales&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Sr. Miquel Àngel Maria Ballester, consejero ejecutivo de Cultura, Educación, Juventud y Deporte&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Sra Francesca Gomis Luis, consejera ejecutiva de Movilidad&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Sra. Cristina Gómez Estévez, consejera ejecutiva de Ocupación, Vivienda y Cooperación Local&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo.&lt;/strong&gt; Asumir la responsabilidad y la gestión directa del Departamento de Presidencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero. &lt;/strong&gt;Derogar todas las disposiciones de rango igual o inferior que se opongan a lo establecido en este decreto, y&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; en particular el Decreto de presidencia núm. 419/2019 de fecha de hoy, dado que se ha producido una error en la numeración.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto.&lt;/strong&gt; Notificar esta resolución a las personas interesadas y publicar su contenido en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; (BOIB), a fin de que comience su vigencia el mismo día en que se publique. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quinto. &lt;/strong&gt;Dar cuenta al Pleno, en la primera sesión que se celebre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
