    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Mediante el presente anuncio se hace público que en sesión extraordinaria celebrada en fecha 26 de junio de 2019 el Pleno del Ayuntamiento de Sant Llorenç des Cardassar adoptó, entre otros, el siguiente acuerdo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fijación de las retribuciones y porcentajes de dedicación de los concejales delegados con dedicación parcial&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Visto lo establecido en el artículo 75 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de bases de régimen local, en el artículo 74. 2 y 3 de la Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, municipal y de régimen local de las Islas Baleares, de acuerdo con los que el Pleno del Ayuntamiento determinará los miembros de las corporaciones municipales que ejercerán sus cargos con dedicación exclusiva o parcial, sus retribuciones y el régimen de dedicación mínima para a la percepción de dichas retribuciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Visto que el artículo 18 del Real Decreto-ley 24/2018, de 21 de diciembre, por el que se aprueban n medidas urgentes en materia de retribuciones en el ámbito del sector público, de acuerdo con el cual las retribuciones máximas que pueden percibir los cargos con dedicación exclusiva al Ayuntamiento de Sant Llorenç des Cardassar son de 47.759,30 euros, superiores por tanto a las propuestas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Dado que el número de miembros con dedicación exclusiva de que puede disponer el Ayuntamiento de Sant Llorenç des Cardassar es de 3, de acuerdo con el artículo 75 ter. de la Ley 7/85.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Estas retribuciones se incrementarán en el porcentaje que establezca la Ley General de Presupuesto de incremento de las retribuciones de los empleados públicos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo&lt;/strong&gt;.- Publicar este acuerdo en el tablón de edictos de la corporación y en el BOIB, en cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artículo 75.5 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de bases de régimen local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra este acto, que pone fin a la vía administrativa, cabe interponer, alternativamente, los siguientes recursos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;A) El recurso de reposición potestativo, en el plazo de un mes, ante el mismo órgano que ha dictado el acto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;B) Directamente, el recurso contencioso administrativo, en el plazo de dos meses contados desde el día siguiente a la recepción de esta notificación o de la publicación del edicto, ante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Si opta por interponer el recurso de reposición potestativo, no puede presentar recurso contencioso administrativo hasta que se resuelva ese expresamente o se haya producido la desestimación por silencio, que se producirá por el transcurso de un mes desde la presentación sin que se haya resuelto expresamente ni se haya notificado. En este caso, podrá interponerse el recurso contencioso administrativo en el plazo de seis meses, a partir del día siguiente de la desestimación presunta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Todo ello sin perjuicio de otros recursos o acciones que consideren oportunos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
