    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La presidenta, hoy, ha resuelto:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;«Hechos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La presidenta, mediante decreto dictado hoy, ha resuelto crear los departamentos en que ha quedado estructurado el Consejo de Mallorca y ha determinado las atribuciones básicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Fundamentos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En el art. 66 del Estatuto de autonomía se establece que la persona que ocupa la Presidencia designa y separa libremente el resto de miembros del Consejo Ejecutivo &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En el art. 37 del Reglamento orgánico del Consejo de Mallorca, se establece que los consejeros ejecutivos y las consejeras ejecutivas se nombran y se separan libremente de su cargo a través del decreto correspondiente firmado por la Presidencia, cuyo contenido siempre se publica siempre en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares&lt;/em&gt; y se comunica al Pleno en la primera sesión que tenga lugar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Por lo tanto, resuelvo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;. Nombrar miembros del Consejo Ejecutivo del Consejo Insular de Mallorca los consejeros y las consejeras siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Señora M. Isabel Busquets Hidalgo, vicepresidenta primera y consejera ejecutiva de Cultura, Patrimonio y Política Lingüística.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Señora Aurora Ribot Lacosta, vicepresidenta segunda y consejera ejecutiva de Sotenibilidad y Medio Ambiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Señora M. Teresa Suárez Genovard, consejera ejecutiva de Presidencia. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Señor Josep Lluis Colom Martínez, consejero ejecutivo de Hacienda y Función Pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Señor Javier de Juan Martín, consejero ejecutivo de Derechos Sociales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Señora Maria Antònia Garcias Roig, consejera ejecutiva de Territorio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Señor Iván Sevillano Miguel, consejero ejecutivo de Movilidad e Infraestructuras.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Señor Jaume Alzamora Riera, consejero ejecutivo de Promoción Económica y Desarrollo Local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Señor Andreu Serra Martínez, consejero ejecutivo de Turismo y Deportes. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Las personas que ocupan las vicepresidencias sustituyen a la presidenta según el orden que figura en este decreto de nombramiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;. Publicar el contenido de esta resolución en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;. Publicar el contenido de esta resolución en la Sede electrónica del Consejo de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;. Derogar todas las disposiciones de rango igual o inferior que se oponen a lo que se establece en este decreto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;5&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;. Dar cuenta al Pleno en la primera sesión que tenga lugar.»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
