    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En fecha 4 de julio de 2019 se ha dictado la siguiente resolución:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;«Visto que mediante Resolución de Alcaldía número 406 de fecha 20.6.2019 y Resolución número 423 de fecha 21.6.2019 de corrección de errores, se nombró tenientes de alcalde a los siguientes concejales:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Sra. Francisca Adriana Moll Sales, primera tenienta de Alcalde&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Sra. Tamara Rotger Gomila, segunda tenienta de Alcalde&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Sr. Ramon Verdú Navarro, tercer teniente de Alcalde&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Visto que el artículo 21.2 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las Bases de Régimen Local, dispone que corresponde al Alcalde el nombramiento de los Tenientes de Alcalde.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por ello, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;RESUELVO:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO&lt;/strong&gt;.- Revocar el nombramiento del 3r teniente de Alcalde, Sr. Ramon Verdú Navarro, de fecha 20.6.2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO&lt;/strong&gt;.- Nombrar 3era tenienta de Alcalde a la concejal Sra. Margarita Esther Triay Barber.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO&lt;/strong&gt;.- Notificar esta resolución a los interesados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CUARTO&lt;/strong&gt;.- Dar cuenta de esta revocación y nombramiento al Pleno del Ayuntamiento de Es Migjorn Gran.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUINTO&lt;/strong&gt;.- Publicar el anterior acuerdo en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Lo que se hace público en cumplimiento del artículo 46 del Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Corporaciones Locales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
