&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;“&amp;lt;De acuerdo con las facultades que confiere en esta alcaldía, la legislación vigente en materia de régimen local; la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases de régimen local; el Real decreto legislativo 781/86, de 18 de abril, por lo cual se aprueba el texto refundido de las disposiciones legales vigentes en materia de régimen local, y el Real decreto 2568/1986, de 28 de noviembre, por lo cual se aprueba el Reglamento de organización, funcionamiento y régimen jurídico de las entidades locales;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;RESUELVO:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;PRIMERO.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;- Delegar el conocimiento previo, la preparación de los acuerdos, y la gestión de los asuntos que especifiquen en los concejales y concejalas siguientes, en cumplimiento del que establece el artículo 23.4 de la Ley 7/1985&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;El concejal Sr. Jordi Pons Burillo las materias y servicios siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;· Gestión y limpieza de edificios municipales&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;· Transporte público&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;A la concejala Sra. Regina Sintes Triay las materias y servicios siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;· Servicios generales (caminos, torrentes, agua y saneamiento)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;· Obra pública&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;· Y todo el resto que no ha estado especificado&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;SEGUNDO: &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Todas las delegaciones nombradas incluyen la facultad de gestionar las materias y los servicios correspondientes pero no la facultad de resolver sobre estas materias mediante actas administrativas que queda reservada exclusivamente en esta Alcaldía&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;TERCERO: &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Para la eficacia de estas delegaciones será necesaria la aceptación expresa por el delegado. Este decreto se publicará en el BOIB, de acuerdo con el articulo 44 del ROF, y se tendrá en cuenta en el Pleno del Ayuntamiento en la primera sesión que se celebre.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
