    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;El Pleno del Ayuntamiento de Son Servera, en la sesión extraordinaria de día 2 de julio de 2019, adoptó el siguiente acuerdo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero.-&lt;/strong&gt; Aprobar los horarios de dedicación mínima necesaria habitual de las dedicaciones parciales siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto.- &lt;/strong&gt;Los miembros de la Corporación que perciban retribuciones por dedicación exclusiva o parcial serán dados de alta en el régimen general de la Seguridad Social, no pueden percibir ningún otro retribución con cargo a los presupuestos de Administraciones públicas, ni de los entes, organismos o empresas dependientes de estas. Los miembros con dedicación exclusiva realizarán una dedicación preferente a las tareas de su cargo ya sus responsabilidades corporativas, sin perjuicio de otras ocupaciones marginales que, en cualquier caso, no pueden causar detrimento a su dedicación a la Corporación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
