    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;En cumplimiento de las disposiciones vigentes a continuación se hacen públicas las resoluciones que ha dictado el Sr. Alcalde relativas a la designación de los miembros de la Junta de Gobierno Local; nombramientos de Tenientes de Alcalde así como delegaciones conferidas por la Alcaldía: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;“&lt;strong&gt;RESOLUCIÓN DE ALCALDÍA Nº 512/2019&lt;/strong&gt;. – Conforme a lo dispuesto en los artículos 20.1 b) y 23.1 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases de régimen local (LRBRL), en relación con el artículo 23 de la Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, municipal y de régimen local de las Islas Baleares (LMRLIB), y en los artículos 52 y ss y 46.1 del reglamento de organización, funcionamiento y régimen jurídico de las Entidades Locales (ROF), haciendo uso de las atribuciones que legalmente tengo conferidas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif; line-height:107%"&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero&lt;/strong&gt;.- Nombrar miembros de la Junta de Gobierno Local, que estará integrada, además, por el Sr. Alcalde-Presidente, a los siguientes regidores y regidoras: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;- Sr. Andrés Nevado Rodríguez&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Sr. David Alonso García&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Sra. Francisca Cerdà Nadal&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;- Sra. Maria Buades Cifre&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Segundo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;.- Corresponde a la Junta de Gobierno Local:&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;a) La asistencia permanente al Alcalde en el ejercicio de sus funciones.&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;b) Las atribuciones que le delegue expresamente esta Alcaldía y/u otro órgano municipal.&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;c) Las atribuciones que le otorguen las leyes.&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero&lt;/strong&gt;. - Si el Pleno de la Corporación así lo acuerda (periodicidad), tal como establece el artículo 88.1 de la Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, municipal y de régimen local de las Islas Baleares (LMRLIB), la Junta de Gobierno Local celebrará sesión ordinaria el primer y el tercer martes de cada mes, a las 09.00 horas, en la sala de juntas de la Casa Consistorial; si un martes es inhábil, se celebrará el día hábil siguiente, con el mismo carácter ordinario. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Cuarto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;. - Dar cuenta de esta resolución en la primera sesión plenaria que se celebre, en cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artículo 38.d) del ROF, y publicarla en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares (BOIB), sin perjuicio de su efectividad desde el día siguiente de la firma de la presente resolución. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;"&lt;strong&gt;RESOLUCIÓN DE ALCALDÍA Nº 513/2019&lt;/strong&gt;.- Conforme con lo dispuesto en los artículos 21.2 y 23.3 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases de régimen local, en relación con el artículo 22 de la Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, municipal y de régimen local de las Islas Baleares (LMRLIB), y en los artículos 46 y 47 del reglamento de organización, funcionamiento y régimen jurídico de las Entidades Locales (ROF), haciendo uso de las facultades y atribuciones que legalmente tengo conferidas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif; line-height:107%"&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Primero&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;.- Nombrar tenientes de Alcalde a los regidores y regidoras siguientes:&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;- Primer Teniente de Alcalde: Sr. Andrés Nevado Rodríguez&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Segundo Teniente de Alcalde: Sr. David Alonso García&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Tercera Teniente de Alcalde: Sra. Francisca Cerdà Nadal&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;- Cuarta Teniente de Alcalde: Sra. Maria Buades Cifre&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Segundo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;.- Corresponde a los nombrados, en el orden designado, sustituirme en la totalidad de mis funciones, en los casos de ausencia, enfermedad o impedimento que me imposibilite para el ejercicio de mis atribuciones, así como en los supuestos de vacante hasta que tome posesión el nuevo Alcalde.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Tercero&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif; line-height:107%"&gt;.- Dar cuenta de esta resolución en la primera sesión plenaria que se celebre, en cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artículo 38.d) del ROF, y publicarla en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares (BOIB), sin perjuicio de su efectividad desde el día siguiente de la firma de la presente resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
