    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Los artículos 26 y 27 de la Ley 1/2019, de 31 de enero, del Gobierno de las Illes Balears, establecen que el cese del gobierno después de la celebración de las elecciones al Parlamento no impide que continúe en funciones hasta la toma de posesión del nuevo gobierno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;De acuerdo con el artículo 54.1 del Estatuto de Autonomía de las Illes Balears, la señora Francesca Lluch Armengol i Socias ha sido nombrada presidenta de las Illes Balears, y ha tomado posesión el cargo el día 1 de julio de 2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Por otro lado, el artículo 56.1 del Estatuto de Autonomía establece que la presidenta de las Illes Balears nombra y separa a los miembros del Gobierno. Por su parte, el artículo 10 de la Ley 1/2019 atribuye a la presidenta, como responsable de la dirección del Gobierno, el nombramiento y el cese de los consejeros y del vicepresidente, si lo hubiera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En consecuencia, a efectos de aprobar la nueva estructura del Gobierno de acuerdo con lo previsto en el artículo 46.3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; de la Ley 1/2019, cabe declarar el cese de los miembros del Gobierno en funciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Por todo ello, en uso de las facultades que me otorga la mencionada ley,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;DECRETO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Primero. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Disponer el cese como miembros del Gobierno de las Illes Balears de las siguientes personas, a las que se agradecen los servicios prestados:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Sra. Isabel Maria Busquets i Hidalgo, vicepresidenta y consejera de Innovación, Investigación y Turismo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Sra. Pilar Costa i Serra, consejera&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; de Presidencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Sra. Josefa Santiago i Rodríguez, consejera de Servicios Sociales y Cooperación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Sra. Patricia Juana Gómez i Picard, consejera de Salud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
