    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Decreto 68/2012, de 27 de julio, por el que se regula el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;, establece en el artículo 15 la competencia para ordenar la inserción de edictos en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; (BOIB) y, en el punto 4, especifica que las instituciones o entes públicos no citados en los tres primeros puntos deben acreditar los órganos y las personas que, de acuerdo con su normativa específica, están facultados para ordenar o solicitar la inserción de textos en el BOIB. Si no hay acreditación específica, se debe entender que corresponde a quien ejerza la representación del órgano, el ente o la institución de que emana el texto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por otra parte, de acuerdo con el artículo 27 de los Estatutos de la Fundación, el director gerente de la Fundación es la persona competente para desarrollar la política de personal aprobada por el Patronato y, con esta finalidad, seleccionar el personal, suscribir o rescindir los contratos, ejecutar los acuerdos del Patronato en materia de retribuciones, acordar las sanciones, ejercer la dirección superior del personal al servicio de la Fundación y mantener las relaciones con los órganos de representación de personal, además de todas aquellas actuaciones que en esta materia le sean encomendadas, sin perjuicio de las funciones que corresponden al presidente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Ordenar la inserción en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; de la convocatoria para la contratación de un/a farmacéutico/a (ver anexo adjunto).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Convocatoria para la provisión/contratación de un/a &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;coordinador/a de Ensayos Clínicos en el Servicio de Farmacia de la Fundació Institut d’Investigació Sanitària Illes Balears.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;La Fundación tiene encomendadas, entre otras, la función las funciones de gestionar medios y recursos al servicio de ejecución de programas de investigación clínica, básica y aplicada, el desarrollo tecnológico y la innovación en el campo de la salud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Para poder llevar a término estas funciones, la Fundación necesita efectuar la incorporación temporal de un/a coordinador/a de Ensayos Clínicos en el Servicio de Farmacia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El artículo 23.2 de la Ley 7/2010, de 21 de julio, del sector público instrumental de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares, establece los criterios que han de seguir los entes públicos de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares en la contratación de personal laboral.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los artículos 17 y 18 de la Ley 3/2007, de 27 de marzo, de la función pública de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares, disponen que se tienen que aplicar los principios de igualdad, mérito, capacidad y publicidad en las contrataciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El apartado segundo B del Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 23 de febrero de 2007, de modificación del ámbito de aplicación y de determinación del alcance de control del punto 5 del Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 19 de diciembre de 1995, prevé la compatibilidad y la rendición de cuentas de las empresas públicas de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares, en lo referente a la selección de personal de los entes públicos de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por todo ello, y en el ejercicio de las competencias que me atribuye el artículo 28.1 y de los Estatutos fundacionales vigente,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Convoco&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El proceso para la contratación de un/a coordinador/a de Ensayos Clínicos en el Servicio de Farmacia con los requisitos, las características y los criterios de selección siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Requisitos de la plaza&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Licenciado/a o Graduado/a en Farmacia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Nivel B2 de Catalán.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Tener la nacionalidad española, u otra nacionalidad en los casos en que el artículo 57 del EBEP se permita el acceso a la ocupación pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Poseer la capacidad funcional para el desempeño de las tareas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Tener cumplidos dieciséis años y no exceder, en su caso, de la edad máxima de jubilación forzosa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;No haber sido despedido mediante expediente disciplinario del servicio de cualquiera de las Administraciones Públicas o de los órganos constitucionales o estatutarios de las Comunidades Autónomas, ni hallarse en inhabilitación absoluta o especial para empleos o cargos públicos por resolución judicial, para el acceso al cuerpo o escala de funcionario, o para ejercer funciones similares a las que desempeñaban en el caso del personal laboral, en el que hubiese sido separado o inhabilitado. En el caso de ser nacional de otro Estado, no hallarse inhabilitado o en situación equivalente ni haber sido sometido a sanción disciplinaria o equivalente que impida, en su Estado, en los mismos términos el acceso al empleo público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Formulario de autoevaluación cumplimentado (anexo III de la convocatoria).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Aquellas personas que no cumplan con los requisitos no se les valorará el CV&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Procedimiento de selección&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Valoración de méritos acreditados por los aspirantes, de acuerdo con el baremo que se detalla y una entrevista personal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Baremo de méritos y valoración:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.- Formación relacionada con el puesto de trabajo (3,5 puntos). &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.1 Máster o posgrado en monitorización de Ensayos Clínicos (2 puntos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.2 Conocimiento de las directrices de la&amp;nbsp;Buena Práctica Clínica&amp;nbsp;de la&amp;nbsp;Conferencia Internacional de Armonización (BPC/ICH) (1 punto)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.3 Manejo a nivel avanzado de herramientas informáticas (Microsoft Word, Excel y Access) (0,5 puntos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.- Experiencia profesional en tareas propias del lugar de trabajo (4,5 puntos). &amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.1 Experiencia previa en investigación clínica y desarrollo clínico de fármacos en todas las fases (0,08 puntos por mes trabajado con un máximo de 2 puntos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.2&amp;nbsp;Experiencia previa en monitorización de ensayos clínicos (0,06puntos por mes trabajado con un máximo de 1,3 puntos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.3 Experiencia previa en el Área de Onco-Hematología (0,04 puntos por mes trabajado con un máximo de 1 punto)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.4 Experiencia de trabajo en el ámbito hospitalario (0,02 puntos por mes trabajado con un máximo de 0,2 puntos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. Conocimientos de inglés (máximo 1 punto):&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3.1.- Certificado de Inglés nivel B1: 0,1 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3.2.- Certificado de Inglés nivel B2: 0,2 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3.3.- Certificado de Inglés nivel C1: 0,4 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3.4- Experiencia demostrable en un país de habla inglesa (mínimo 1 año): (0.3)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. Fase de entrevista: (máximo 1 punto)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se realizará una entrevista personal y/o demostración práctica de habilidades, donde se valorará la adecuación del candidato al puesto de trabajo. El día y la hora se publicará en la web de la Fundación www.idisba.es&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Funciones:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Gestión de las muestras de ensayos clínicos (recepción, dispensación, destrucción, control de stocks, caducidades y re-etiquetado)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Control y actualización de los sistemas de gestión de muestras (IWRS u otras bases de datos específicas del estudio)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Control de la temperatura, mantenimiento y calibración de los sistemas de almacenaje&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Revisión del cumplimiento y adherencia del tratamiento de los pacientes de ensayo clínico&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Referente para todas las comunicaciones con el Promotor/CRO incluyendo las visitas de pre inicio, inicio, monitorización, cierre y auditorías&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Enlace con el resto del equipo investigador&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Control económico de los pagos al Servicio de farmacia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Elaboración de Procedimientos Normalizados de Trabajo (PNT), relacionados con la farmacia de ensayos clínicos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Preparación de informes de actividad&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Puesta en marcha y mantenimiento del software de gestión de ensayos clínicos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Proyecto:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt; implantación de un programa informático de gestión de muestras de ensayo clínico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Acreditación de los requisitos y de los méritos.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Presentación del título académico requerido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Presentación de títulos de formación relacionados con el lugar de trabajo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Experiencia profesional en tareas propias del lugar de trabajo. Se podrá acreditar mediante un certificado oficial, emitido por el órgano competente, donde especifique: tiempo de trabajo y categoría profesional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Conocimientos de idiomas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Certificado acreditativo del nivel de idioma de acuerdo al marco normativo vigente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Contrato laboral donde especifique el tiempo del contrato y país donde se desenvoltura el trabajo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Título de grado o posgrado donde se especifique el idioma acreditado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Casos de exclusión: &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;presentación de solicitud fuera de plazo; no reunir los requisitos; no presentarse a la entrevista personal, ya que se considerará que no ha acabado el proceso de selección.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Presentación de solicitudes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se pueden presentar en el registro y en el registro electrónico de la Fundación, o bien de cualquier otra manera prevista en el artículo 16.4 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Si la persona solicitante hubiera presentado la solicitud en un registro diferente al del IdISBa, deberá enviar a IdISBa por correo electrónico (idisba.rrhh@ssib.es), la solicitud con el sello de entrada dentro de las 24 horas siguientes a la presentación en el registro de la solicitud. De la misma manera, si se envía por correo certificado, se debe enviar por correo electrónico la hoja de solicitud, fechada y sellada por la oficina de correos en que conste&amp;nbsp; que se ha enviado en el plazo hábil para la presentación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Corrección de deficiencias:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En caso que el tribunal observe falta de documentación se lo hará saber al aspirante y se le dará 3 días hábiles para subsanar las deficiencias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Reserva en favor de los discapacitados&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Existe en el IdISBa una reserva del 7% de los lugares de trabajo para discapacitados, según la Ley 7/2007, del EBEP. No obstante, esta plaza no está reservada para discapacitados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Modalidad de contratación: &lt;/strong&gt;Contrato por obra y servicio a tiempo completo de 12 meses de duración&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
