    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;En fecha 28 de junio de 2019, el consejo ejecutivo del Consejo Insular de Ibiza ha aprobado la relación definitiva de bienes y derechos afectados por la expropiación del proyecto mencionado, así como practicar los trámites establecidos en el artículo 52 de la Ley de expropiación forzosa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;De acuerdo a lo anterior y conforme a lo establecido en el artículo 52.2ª i 3ª de la Ley de Expropiación Forzosa, se anuncia a continuación la relación de propietarios y titulares de derechos afectados y se les cita para comparecer en la finca o terrenos objeto de la expropiación el día y hora señalados a fin de proceder levantar el acta previa a la ocupación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La comparecencia, se deberà hacer por sí o por persona que legalmente les represente, y podrán hacerse acompañar, de estimarlo oportuno, por un perito o notario (a vuestra costa). Deberán aportar los documentos que acrediten la personalidad e identidad y, en su caso, el poder de representación validado, y los títulos acreditativos o documentos fehacientes de la propiedad y derechos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
