&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;Los expedientes&amp;nbsp;han sido&amp;nbsp;tramitados&amp;nbsp;por el Fondo&amp;nbsp;de Garantía Agraria&amp;nbsp;y Pesquera de&amp;nbsp;las&amp;nbsp;Islas Baleares&amp;nbsp;(FOGAIBA) en cumplimiento de lo&amp;nbsp;dispuesto en el artículo&amp;nbsp;43&amp;nbsp;de&amp;nbsp;la Ley&amp;nbsp;39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las&amp;nbsp;administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;El vicepresidente&amp;nbsp;del FOGAIBA, con fecha 1&amp;nbsp;de julio&amp;nbsp;de 2019, firmó la siguiente resolución, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;1. Resolución del Presidente del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares (FOGAIBA) por la que se convocan, para los años 2015 a 2019, subvenciones para la creación de empresas de jóvenes agricultores.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;2. De conformidad con el apartado sexto de la citada Resolución, el plazo de presentación de solicitudes terminó el di a &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;30/&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;06/2019, y tuvieron entrada en el Registro del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares un total de 133 solicitudes de ayuda.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;3. Los órganos gestores del Servicio de Ayudas al Desarrollo Rural han llevado a cabo el control administrativo de las solicitudes y de la documentación aportada de acuerdo con las normas reguladoras de esta ayuda.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;4. Una vez evaluada la solicitud de ayuda por los órganos gestores, y de acuerdo con los criterios de elegibilidad establecidos, el interesado ANTONIO MIRALLES PAYERAS no ha aportado la documentación incorrrecta que ser comunicada el pasado 8 de abril, a la página web del Fogaiba.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Orden del Consejero de Agricultura, Medio Ambiente y Territorio de 19 de febrero de 2015, por la que se establecen las bases reguladoras para la concesión de subvenciones en el marco del Programa de Desarrollo Rural de las Islas Baleares 2014-2020 .&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Ley 35/2015, de 1 de octubre del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;Propuesta de Resolución de desistimiento&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;Por todo ello, se informa favorablemente y propongo al vicepresidente del FOGAIBA que dicte una resolución en los siguientes términos:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;1. Considerar desistida la solicitud presentada por ANTONIO MIRALLES PAYERAS, con núm. de expediente CEJA 2019_1 / 016, por no haber corriera la deficiencia que se comunicó el pasado 8 de abril, mediante la publicación en la página web del Fogaiba.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;2. Declarar concluido el procedimiento y proceder al archivo del&lt;/em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;em&gt;expediente.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;3. Notif&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;icar la resolución al interesado&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;Interposición de recursos&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;​​​​​​​Contra esta resolución, que no agota la vía administrativa, podrá interponerse recurso de alzada ante el consejero de Medio Ambiente, Agricultura y Pesca, en el plazo de un mes, a contar desde el día siguiente a la notificación de la resolución, de acuerdo con el artículo 58.4 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la comunidad autónoma de las Islas Baleares, y los artículos 121 y 122 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
