    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En fecha 20 de junio y posterior rectificación de fecha 21 de junio de 2019 se ha dictado la siguiente resolución:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;«De conformidad con el artículo 4 de la modificación del Reglamento Orgánico Municipal del Ayuntamiento de Es Migjorn Gran (BOIB nº 2, de fecha 4 de enero de 2018) que prevé como órgano municipal los tenientes de alcalde y de conformidad con el artículo 20 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, de Bases de régimen Local, y del artículo 22 de la Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, Municipal y de Régimen Local de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;RESUELVO:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO&lt;/strong&gt;.- Nombrar Tenientes de Alcalde a las siguientes concejalas y concejales:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Sra. Francisca Adriana Moll Sales, primera tenienta de Alcalde.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Sra. Tamara Rotger Gomila, segunda tenienta de Alcalde.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Sr. Ramon Verdú Navarro, tercer teniente de Alcalde.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO&lt;/strong&gt;.- Dejar sin efecto las Resoluciones que sobre estas materias había dictado la anterior Alcaldía.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO&lt;/strong&gt;.- Notificar esta resolución a los interesados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CUARTO&lt;/strong&gt;.- Dar cuenta de estos nombramientos al Pleno del Ayuntamiento de Es Migjorn Gran.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CINCO&lt;/strong&gt;.- Publicar el acuerdo anterior en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Lo que se hace público en cumplimiento del artículo 46 del Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Corporaciones Locales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
