&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;1. Mediante el Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 9 de marzo de 2018 (BOIB núm. 31, de 10 de marzo) se aprobó el Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears para los ejercicios 2018-2020. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;2. El carácter estimativo de las cuantías que se prevén al Plan Estratégico y el tiempo transcurrido desde que&amp;nbsp; se aprobaron, hace necesario ajustar las previsiones contenidas al anexo, en cuanto a determinadas líneas de ayudas que tiene que gestionar Servicio de Empleo de las Illes Balears (SOIB). Concretamente se modifican cuatro líneas, incluidas dentro de los objetivos II e IV, para reajustar las cantidades a las anualidades en què efectivamente se tienen que convocar así como el fondo a los cuales se tienen que aplicar, así concretamente en cuanto a la II.2.2, &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;se modifican las anualidades, con el objeto de ofrecer una nueva convocatoria de subvenciones por esta línea. Respecto de la &lt;/span&gt;IV.3.6 se modifica el coste total y se hace una nueva &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;distribución por anualidades, en previsión de poder subvencionar un incremento del SMI, que se financiará mediante fondo de Ministerio de Empleo y Seguridad Social y Asuntos Laborales en cada uno de los ejercicios a los cuales afecte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Además, respecto de las líneas, la II.2.3 y la II.2.6 &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;previstas en el PES se han de refundir en una sola convocatoria que subvencionará programas mixtos de ocupación y formación, con dos líneas de ayudas: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Línea 1: para personas jóvenes paradas mayores de 16 años y menores de 30.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Línea 2: para personas desocupadas de 30 años o más.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;También se modifican las fuentes de financiación que pasan a ser 2019 y 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;3. En el apartado 3 del Acuerdo mencionado se delega la aprobación y las eventuales modificaciones del anexo al Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones en la persona titular de la consejería competente en materia de hacienda, de acuerdo con el artículo 25 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Corresponde, por lo tanto, a la persona titular de Consejería de Hacienda y Administraciones Públicas la aprobación y/o modificación del anexo al Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;1. El artículo 25 de la&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt; Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;2. El Decreto 8/2015, de 2 de julio, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el cual se determina la composición del Gobierno y se establece la estructura de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;3. El &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Decreto 9/2015, de 2 de julio, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el cual se dispone el nombramiento de los miembros de Gobierno de las Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;, mediante el cual se nombra la señora Catalina Cladera &amp;nbsp;i Crespí, consejera de Hacienda y Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Por todo esto, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Aprobar la modificación del anexo al Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears para los ejercicios 2018-2020, aprobado por el Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 9 de marzo de 2018, en el sentido siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
