    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En fecha 18 de junio de 2019, el Alcalde-Presidente del Ayuntamiento de Artà, ha dictado un Decreto de Integrantes de la Junta de Gobierno Local, la parte dispositiva se transcribe a continuación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;lt;&amp;lt;&lt;strong&gt;Integrantes de la Junta de Gobierno Local&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;De conformidad en las atribuciones que me confiere el artículo 23 de la Ley Reguladora de las Bases de Régimen Local de 2 de abril de 1995 y el artículo 52 del Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Entidades Locales, de 28 de noviembre de 1986&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resuelvo&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO&lt;/strong&gt;. Que la Junta de Gobierno Local, presidida por esta Alcaldía, estará integrada por cuatro concejales, número de concejales no superior al tercio del número legal de los mismos y que a continuación se nombran:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Manuel Galán Massanet, Presidente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Maria Antònia Sureda Martí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Aina Maria Comas Delgado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Antoni Josep Valle Font.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Antonio Bonet Company.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO.&lt;/strong&gt; La Junta de Gobierno Local tendrá asignadas las siguientes atribuciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. La asistencia al Alcalde en el ejercicio de sus atribuciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. Las atribuciones que el Alcalde o algún órgano municipal le delegue o le atribuyan las leyes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3. Las atribuciones, que esta alcaldía expresamente delega, y que a continuación se enumeran:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a) Representar al Ayuntamiento. (Art. 21.1.g LBRL).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b) Dirigir, inspeccionar e impulsar los servicios y obras municipales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c) Aprobar la oferta de empleo público de acuerdo con el Presupuesto y plantilla de personal aprobados por el Pleno, aprobar las bases de las pruebas para la selección del personal y para los concursos de provisión de puestos de trabajo y distribuir las retribuciones complementarias no fijas y periódicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;d) Las aprobaciones de los instrumentos de planeamiento de desarrollo del planeamiento general no expresamente atribuidas al Pleno, así como la aprobación de los instrumentos de gestión urbanística y de los proyectos de urbanización. (Art. 21.1.j LBRL).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;e) Las contrataciones y concesiones de toda clase cuando su importe no supere el 10 por 100 de los recursos ordinarios del Presupuesto ni, en cualquier caso, los 6.010.121,04 €; incluidas las de carácter plurianual cuando su duración no sea superior a cuatro años, siempre que el importe acumulado de todas sus anualidades no supere el porcentaje indicado, referido a los recursos ordinarios del Presupuesto del primer ejercicio, ni la cuantía señalada. (Art. 21.1.ñ LBRL).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;f) La aprobación de los proyectos de obras y servicios cuando sea competente para su contratación o concesión y estén previstas en el Presupuesto. (Art. 21.1.o LBRL).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;g) La adquisición de bienes y derechos cuando su valor no supere el 10 por 100 de los recursos ordinarios del Presupuesto ni los 3.005.060,52 €, así como la enajenación del patrimonio que no supere el porcentaje ni la cuantía señalados en los siguientes supuestos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- La de bienes inmuebles, siempre que esté prevista en el Presupuesto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- La de bienes muebles, salvo los declarados del valor histórico o artístico que su enajenación no se encuentre prevista en el Presupuesto. (Art. 21.1.p LBRL).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;h) El otorgamiento de las licencias, salvo que las leyes sectoriales la atribuyan expresamente al Pleno o a la Junta de Gobierno Local (art. 21.1q LBRL)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;i) Ordenar la publicación, ejecución y hacer cumplir los acuerdos del Ayuntamiento. (Art. 21.1r LBRL)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;j) Las restantes que expresamente le atribuyan las leyes y las que la legislación del Estado o las Comunidades Autónomas asignen al municipio y no atribuyan a otros órganos municipales. (Art. 21.1 LBRL),&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;k) Las competencias que le delegue el Pleno del Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO.-&lt;/strong&gt; Que, en cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artículo 112 del Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Entidades Locales, aprobado por Real Decreto 2568/1986, de 28 de noviembre, la Junta de Gobierno Local celebrará sesión ordinaria cada semana, fijando para tal efecto los miércoles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CUARTO.&lt;/strong&gt; De la presente resolución se dará conocimiento al Pleno en la primera sesión que se celebre, y se notificará, además, personalmente, los designados y se publicará en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, sin perjuicio de su efectividad desde el día de la presente resolución, conforme establece el punto 1 del artículo 23 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, y en el artículo 52.4 del Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Entidades Locales.&amp;gt;&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
