    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El Pleno del Consell de Mallorca, en sesión ordinaria de día 9 de mayo de 2019, aprobó inicialmente el expediente número 2/2019 de modificación de créditos en el presupuesto del Institut de l'Esport Hípic de Mallorca del ejercicio 2019 por crédito extraordinario (CE01/2019).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El expediente se sometió a información pública, mediante la inserción del anuncio correspondiente en el BOIB núm. 65, de día 14 de mayo de 2019, y en &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;la Intervención&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; General&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; del Consell de Mallorca, para que todas las personas que estuvieran&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;interesadas lo pudieran examinar y pudiesen formular las alegaciones pertinentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Durante este plazo no se presentó ninguna alegación, por lo tanto, y de acuerdo con lo que aprobó el Pleno, el acuerdo se convirtió en definitivo y se ordenó que se publicase en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares&lt;/em&gt; el resumen por capítulos de la modificación de crédito, que se incorpora como anexo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Contra este acuerdo que pone fin a la vía administrativa, se puede interponer recurso contencioso administrativo ante la &lt;em&gt;Sala Contencioso-administrativa del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;, en el plazo de dos meses, a partir del día siguiente de la publicación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;este acuerdo. Todo conforme a &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;la Ley&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso administrativa. No obstante, se puede interponer cualquier otro recurso que se considere oportuno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
